kinkykiedis video of DSMN .... she captured the scene prior to BBC1 camera vids started rolling for TV More Adam dancing seen and Adam thrusting at "I'm a sex machine ready to reload" at 2:35  Thank you showed exactly that "I'm a sex machine ready to load" -section! I have listened to the video several times, but I was unable to hear precisely to that point. (My broken english.) I was wondering what are the right words in that paragraph? |

Maybe this new self confident that came out as arrogant to some people. But hey if you are fronting a legend band like Queen you need those high self confident, because it's easy to feel intimidated on stage and by the crowd.
I haven't read anything, and I'm all over the internet LOl, about Adam appearing arrogant..There was a limited amount of time and no time for a Brian guitar solo.. so Adam did the songs.. like that much better.. Hope they give Adam more time on their shows around Europe.. I know his voice needs rest,but the middle part of the show lagged a bit for me, I was there at the Maryland show.Wish I could have gone to New Years Eve show.. the stream was incredible though.
Ohh I am not all over the internet just few certain website. Did you venture to Queen website? If you think it's going to irritate and ruin your new year's day I suggest not, for some of us we found it funny and sad at the same time.
I was at Maryland show as well .. hot like crazy, glad I didn't faint coz there's not enough fresh air, but it's done and in the future I will stick to the indoor venue where there's A/C.

I love Don't Stop Me Now! It's such a fun song and so Adam. I hope it makes the permanent set list for the UK/Europe shows. And I'm hoping for a few more "changes" as well....at least one new outfit.

I don't go to Queen website& I don't care what the downers think.. Have to say they are quite rude to Brian and Roger if they are airing their negativity,If you're a fan you pretty much like what Queen is doing,not a fan, why be on their site? On negativity:Some folks are just stuck in time and some folks just like to aggrevate others by being hateful. |

 QAL were my Highlight, the only positive Thing these last four weeks. I am so happy for Adam but also for Brian and Roger and the rest of them. So much power and Beauty and love of life. I want to thank everyone of you for the birthday wishes and hope that all of you will have a wonderfull year 2015.

The speed of the NYE show was very impressive -- one song after another. I know we tend to focus on Adam but both Brian and Roger were playing their butts off and it just never let up. You know, after Europe this tour may very well be over. After watching NYE, I got a little panicky about not seeing Queen tour again. Don't get me wrong, I'm more then ready for A3 but Brian and Roger are going to be hard to let go -- of course, Adam will be touring and maybe they'll want to come along for the ride [serious sarcasm]. The NYC show was similar to the pace of the great Live Aid show. pretty amazing for a couple of old guys. I hope we get to see QAL for a few more years. I think it is more likely that Brian might pop up with Adam at some special TV show performance than any other NON_QAL concert. I hope so too and maybe to places like South America and Africa. Not only for the love of music, but Brian and Adam have big hearts and goodwill and know how powerful social media can be used to bring awareness and hope to many dire issues. |

I spend a lot of time on Queen websites and it never irritates me or ruins my day. The big post-NYE concert debate is about Brian's opening chord to CLTCL and preferring the D minor intro of the Q+PR Tour? I have been a Queen fan for over 40 years, and have learned that some Queen fans are never satisfied. Even the UK press is commenting on the universal approval over Adam's performance. *** In the aftermath of the NYE performance it is really, really hard to find any critic of Adam's performance but I have no expectation that everyone likes Adam or his vocal style. I do not think everyone likes chocolate cake either, just leaves more for me. *** Go across the web and there are 1,000 positive comments for ever one bitchy one. I am sure that Adam is very happy with that. Anyway, I loved it. I do not need everyone to agree with me but it is nice to have so many,many, many people appreciate his performances. |
