I'm not wanting to know his first single based on Adam not talking. He never does haha. I know how complicated the process is, and the logistics. Just wondering about the timing that is all. I think best bet is Single Febuaryish or March. Album Mayish. Then you shall have your dreams. Adam's label will announce the single and none of us has a clue far as I know. It's all speculation at this point and I WAS trying to be nice about it. Speculate away..it's what we all do best. You'd have better luck asking Shoshanna or DMG or whatever label Adam might be with than getting any answers here. Ain't none.

Well, whenever whatever does come out, I'll be ready with everyone else to support Adam's new music offering. Seems like I can be sorta content with the QAL, because we hopefully (hint, hint concertgoers) will get crazy videos. We get to see Adam, nightly/or almost nightly. The last tour seriously disrupted RL. But still want his new music.

I got all angsty over TP, all the waiting, the delays, so I don't want to ride the speculatory roller-coaster this time out. I'm ready with bells on to support Adam as well. But right now we do have QAL and that is a fine treat for me until the A3 roll-out.. wheneverish.

Just saw a commercial on TV with a great message. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ny3zEwNNJKM"People tell me, 'Russell, you've achieved your dreams because you have talent.' Oh yeah? Talent? What's talent? Talent is just practice and practice. Attempt after attempt after attempt. All day. Every day. That's it." I love that! There may be shortcuts to becoming a number 1 pop star or the most googled celebrity. Or an American Idol. But there is no shortcut to excellence. There is no magic DNA. You're not born with it. It doesn't descend upon you from on high. Focused, intensive practice. Deep passion. Commitment. Adam is a prime example of that. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxNE0jEySik"See, dreams don't COME true. Dreams are MADE true." (I don't have any idea what these commercials have to do with insurance, but I love their message.)

Been all wrapped up in QAL - because I love Queen's music and this whole Adam-era has been absolute heaven. Plus I've been reintroduced to Brian and Roger. But, for the first time in ages I sat in the backyard today (87 degrees this afternoon ) and just listened to Trespassing - the whole album. Not driving, not walking - just sitting and listening. And dayum - it is still a fantastic album with music I will dance to til the end of time. Anyway, whatever the next few months brings in the way of new stuff, the "old" stuff is the best, too. ETA: that smilie ^^^^ I didn't put it there - weird

Thought of Adam immediately. Great quote!! Had to chuckle at the source material, tho.. I like this quote from Einstein as well.. “Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.” ― Albert Einstein

Yes these all would be in there. Plus royalties from his music and Avicii colaboration and appearance fees. I think that be prob made more than the estimate. How could I forget SD and Paso? I was there!! The 2 private gigs are most likely not included, definitely the LMD collab probably not included, also not his ATT "endorsement!" Probably more like 3 million or a bit more. My guess is that Adam's revenue for this period prob was well north of $3 million -- he has a lot of revenue streams. For example, he has social media revenue streams that are probably the highest of any Idol and he seems to do a lot of paid appearances that are not apparent -- and certainly not included in the Forbes estimates. And he got an advance for A3 probably in January 2014 so that would be in this period. And many of his concerts during the period were events that are hard to estimate what he got paid for -- for example Pittsburgh Pride was $250,000 to Adam (he paid the band) and I doubt they included that. In any case, even the date range is odd -- is it 13 months? "June 2013 through June 2014". All I care about is that Adam made a lot of money last year. He will make more this year. And he will make even more in the future.

He is a great player but it's his attitude that is really inspiring. We love him here in the PNW GO HAWKS!!!! (one of my other obsessions)
