Nice interview with Joey and Quintin. Some of what they say reminds me of Adam I have to say that I am impressed by both of them. Very articulate! |

Just have to pop in here with my opinion, fwiw. I too am worried and a bit perplexed by the lack of support for Quentin...I think he is the best of the boys when you factor in voice and originality and performance...so what is with this?? I love watching Quaasim but he does not seem to have the voice...but great performance skills and liveability. I love Clark's voice and am surprised at the lack of support here....to me, he has the best straight up vocals, consistently, of the boys....but he really needs to beef up his performance skills. Of all of them, his is the cd I would purchase at the moment...I think...of the boys. I sort of agree re the young one...but he is really talented...and more memorable that a couple of them. I would be upset to see Quentin go rather than him though...and unless voting changes, that could happen. Rayvon is talented but just not my music style...which is probably why I don't care for Empire that much. Run-filled quasi melodic r&b does nothing for me...  I really like Joey, Jax and Tyanna....they all have the full package and should go far...for me, a toss between Jax and Joey with a minor edge to Joey lately. I don't find any of the other girls particularly interesting as of now...and going against the grain I know, but was not especially taken with Sarina. They are all 'good' I just am not even remotely smitten. |

Sorry for the double posting but it wouldn't let me post under mszue's quote - All I wanted to say was I agree with you 100%. I also favor the same three girls, as for the guys Quentin and Clark are my favorite. I can't put my finger on it but Nick just annoys me, don't like the sound of his voice and don't fine him appealing, just my opinion.
I do agree that this year seems to be a better mix and better singers. So far I am enjoying the show. I was also blown away by Tyanna she is beyond comfortable on that stage, its hard to believe she is only 16.

I then watched the other Buzzworthy interviews and thought all the contestants interviewed were articulate. |

I vote for Kenny Loggins. Love that song. As far as the rest, the thorn in my side is still taking a more talented spot. I'm just disappointed that Keith has not given him and honest critique. The best for me so far is Quentin. I don't understand the judges continuing not to give him a good critique when they give others a good one. Now I'm worried about Jax. Only one more spot since Clark is through and I'm just not that crazy about him. Joey is ok but I didn't like her Mad World. Like everyone here I am biased of course. I know quirky but I guess I just don't like her enunciation and not my cuppa.
