I don't mean to sound patronizing, but do you know how wifi works in large open spaces? The signal doesn't travel far on is own from one central, giant source - little "wifi extenders" must be placed throughout. In my college, in every single large auditorium, you'll find these these things on EVERY wall. Sometimes, there are 4 to 6 of them in a room that seats about 1000 people. If they're missing from an auditorium, the signal is absolute shit, even if the signal is present elsewhere in the same building. It's really not a stretch to imagine they're missing from a 15,000 person arena, leading to an awful signal that can just about cover IG photos. wifi systems differ from place to place of that there is no doubt. in this day and time however if a business wants happy customer they comply with their request. I know noting of Leeds but since they don't want to put in wifi they will cover. It is suposed to be a great venue for sound but in prior tweets with madam they did indicate wifi would be usable or at least that was her take. and yes I know how wifi works. what was that phrase Adam said all those years ago???
oh yeah, entitlement is not sexy....The venue doesn't have wifi....we're get video later. what is there to complain about?

Yeah a little bit of entitlement. I mean fans have got what 3 good audio from the shows. Maybe the organisers at the arena, are not even aware fans listin to streams of the shows. I guess thats not their job to pease people who are not actually at the show.

Sorry for prolonging the Leeds no-WiFi-inside discussion, but they implied the "quality of sound" as the reason for no WiFi. I am going to repeat my previous post - total and utter BS on their part. Installing repeaters/extenders inside the arena would not affect the quality of sound.
and yes - I am quite spoiled by all the great streams we've had... I will also survive until (hopefully) the vids show up..
omg...talking about the vids... I still remember we never got a full set of vids from the second show in South Africa... I need help obviously :(

Considering he is now being attacked by the Adam protection wolves, it is sure to be even worse than it might have been otherwise. SMH, why don't folks ever learn not to feed the trolls. Don't feed them and they will starve. It's a natural reaction to someone saying something shitty about someone or something you care about. Adam fans aren't unique in this behavior. A response posted here is not a problem, what I have a problem with is the direct attacks back to the tweeter. Ugly stuff |
