Thanks Queenofthenight! Basically electronic dance music. So there will be upbeat dance tunes which is great...along with the ballads, etc. The R&B component has me interested as well. House is a genre of electronic dance music -- and a very specific type of EDM. It originated in Chicago in the 1980's and has evolved a lot since then. It is played in clubs. It is often used in fashion runway shows -- it has a "strut" underbeat. MP is a douche. His behavior on twitter just verified it. Whatever, dude's been dead to me for his past behavior. He's only made himself look crass and tasteless. Done now, hope he will just go away.  I agree and not to mention that photo of him he posted which I assume is recent.....downright scarey looking between that 'pirate' beard and the hair! |

Been so spoiled by the Queen music that the idea of electronic dance music just sounds ..... kind of unappealing. R&B is more intriguing. I hope whatever style the new music takes it is at least "new" and not just same old same old.

Just getting caught up on all the news - I have been dreading the end of this leg of the QAL tour because I thought we would be news less for a while - but things are really ramping up for TOH !
As for MP - sour grapes ? He's a bit of an ass for starting things up - but what else would you expect - classless IMHO
So excited for the pics and interviews from the red carpet - and the buzz from the industry peeps who got to hear tracks from TOH.
Cheers to two more QAL show this week that are sure to be fabulous and to the beginning of Era 3 - can't wait to spend countless hours with all of you flailing over AFL GFG

For whatever reason, many of your posts are blank to me, although when I see it in the quote box I see that it's apparently an image of a tweet. This is happening on both my iPad and on my desktop with Firefox. ETA And now the instant I posted this, they all popped up and are showing (at least on Firefox). Very strange!
