IMO this is entirely possible, especially the Miami part! I don't think so. Crew, band, set, equipment is all in London. The logistics are not attractive. London to Rio De Janeiro is 5,775 miles. London to Miami is 4,287 miles, Miami to Rio is 4,140 miles -- it really is not on the way. I would love it if they came back to the US, but I do not think they will. :(

Good thing Adam chose not to recycle the blue suit/white shirt he wore on the Idol auditions to wear for the Brit Awards... What....!!!!...Sam Smith in a bold blue suit and white shirt. Would have been funny ...twinsies (have to scroll down a bit...probably the most handsome pic of Sam Smith I have seen)

I think both parties are in the wrong. Adam fans for poking Monte, and Monte for his retaliation. What happened happened. But Monte and Adam are grown men. I am sure Adam is fine and does not need to be defended haha. Personally I don't care Monte didn't betray me, but that's just me. I agree no point in rehashing it. 1. There are not two parties here. There is Monte tweeting obscene rude comments about older Glamberts to a few of his friends and to the universe and namechecking Adam. And there are a few hundred Adam fans/Glamberts who have commented to each other about Monte's rant who specifically did not namecheck Adam. 2. Monte did not tweet anything negative about Adam. If he insulted Adam, and fans rushed in to defend Adam, your post would make sense and I would agree with you. But that is not what happened. 3. ONE ADAM FAN "poked" Monte last night -- ONE -- and it was a soft comment. And that was AFTER Monte posted " I'll probably go #TweetCrazy a little later as the night goes on. Someone actually threw a can at me for standing up during "Bohemian Rhapsody". Rock and roll, people." So his initial post about going TweetCrazy had nothing to do with Adam fans. 4. People were throwing cans at a Q+AL concert in London? I really do not believe the can throw had anything to do with Glamberts if it even happened. I do not believe you can even bring a can into Wembley arena -- I think everything is put in plastic cups, or plastic bottles with no caps. To believe Monte's can story -- I have to believe that someone snuck a can into the venue. Then risked being removed from the concert by throwing at Monte from behind him because he was standing during a song that "everyone" stands for. The whole thing reeks to me of someone who had other reasons for doing what he did. I have no idea what caused this, but I am 99% sure it was not Glambert comments.

JMO If the ranting and raving was related to some past incident between the two men, can't see how it relates to the awesome QAL concert. But to myself, it seems like a very unfortunate time to bring something negative up. Adam is at the pinnacle of his success and his career is taking off like a firework and the MP rant is something from the past. Yes, a lot of Adam's fans are mature persons who possess the means to support our artist, thru good and bad. Lets be honest, it isn't like planeloads of Glamberts descended upon the arena, most of us having sold or first born kids to have seen 1 or 2 shows, so I question why this and why now? I think MP is stinging over the lost association with the HOTTEST male artist on the planet. Enough to make a body go postal, cause there's no way for MP to insert himself into the conversation. Lets not feed the trollman, as under the bridge is missing one of it's residents. Truly believe we are better than this because the best is yet to come for the fandom. We need to organize our support, when Adam's music comes out soon. dentizenstizscALALTHIN/ianting i The rant was because after MP tweeted about how great the concert was and how much he was proud of Adam, some Glamberts starting tweeting hateful messages to him. They may not have used "bad" language, but they were hateful and derogatory. It snowballed from there with MP getting more & more "colorful" with his language in his replies. And while he made it clear that he was only talking about some Glamberts and not all of them. It is these Glamberts who cannot get over what happened 3 years ago and must continuously hound MP about it every chance they get. This is not helpful to Adam! He can take care of his own relationships and does not need us hounding people in his life like this. And as someone said earlier, if you go poking a hornets next, don't be surprised if the hornets come out mad and stinging! ETA - And there was more being said to MP than just the can kicking thing before the rant started. For instance: twitter.com/AdamTClub/status/570364087399395332

Just a quick drive by...a lot was talked about today and i should have quoted people but I wanted to make a few comments at some of the things mentioned:
a. Light/Dark - Q3 I think has it mostly right. But beyond aggressiveness and rock voice I think it also means a bit more...It's something I've seen but couldn't really explain. Freddie seems to have more of a..dark side than Adam does. Freddie used to say he was evil and getting presents from the devil himself - there just seemed to be more of a dark side to his character...Adam...he seems mostly light. He's a fun loving angelic kind of guy. NOW I don't know him nearly as well or as in depth as you all, but the overall feeling he gives off is one of happy happy fun fun...Not that Adam has had it easy or anything like that. Freddie had the fun side too at times but it always seemed there was something a bit darker beneath the surface. Why does that matter? I guess because it affects the overall delivery of the music. Some will connect more with the darker parts of Freddie. And some find it almost mythological and elusive - mysterious.... Does that make sense?
b. GREAT to hear there will be more QAL. THINGS does allude to more than just continuing the tour - although it might just be continuing the tour and the DVD or whatever. BUT maybe some other special one off type shows...but hopefully this does include something NEW studio wise...even just one new song (Bond theme would be perfect...)
c. C**t - Ok, I almost find it a bit...surreal that I've been here long enough to know the basic storyline between Monte and Adam, lol...enough that I can follow along and not be confused..BUT with that being said I wanted to comment on...Duberville? And the use of c**t. I don't know where you are from duber but I've always found it amusing how different parts of the world can be offended by different terms. In America, c**t is probably one of the worst things you can say...but I've had friends in the UK who say that is a normal term in conversation...almost like damn or ass. Hell, Freddie used to say it a ton...never in hate more in silliness...HELL the ORIGINAL lyrics to Life Is Real started out:
C**t stains, on my pillow (Peter Freestone convinced Freddie it might not go so well on radio especially in America so it got changed to Cum stains....and then finally to the final Guilt stains....lol.
I have no comment on the M/A fans nonsense and I certainly don't mean to offend or tell anyone what to be offended by..just noting an observation.
d. Hearing about ToH - If it really is Trespassing 2.0, I for one will be disappointed. I was hoping for a bit more Queen influence. I didn't expect a rock album. But I was not a fan of Trespassing and if there was an idea of keeping fans he's gotten from the Queen side of things, a T 2.0 will not help. Maybe he doesn't care about that and if he doesn't - more power to him. BUT if there was a thought process behind the QAL tour helping him gain fans - than it will not help. See you guys here LOVE his voice and appear to be able to listen to him sing the telephone book. Which is fine, I would be the same way with Freddie (and if I'm honest, I have a soft spot for Rog also).
Now me? I HIGHLY enjoy Adam's voice. I like it quite a bit. BUT it's the music that makes me want to stick with an artist that I like. If you have the greatest voice but I don't like your music - I'm not going to buy your stuff.
Now I'm also not shooting down ToH without hearing it. I walk in with an open mind...just a little more hesitantly. House music is definitely NOT my thing. R&B done right and organically with real instruments - absolutely. Stuff with Nile could definitely be awesome. I like a bit of pop also. I don't need a rock album with loud guitars, etc. I just want an album with real instruments as they have a warmth these programmed stuff doesn't have. To equate it with Queen. Many fans hated Hot Space. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. It's one of my least favs. Many assume because Queen went disco or dancey or whatever...but it's not. It's how they recorded. It's no secret that they were in Munich at the time and doing a bit too much clubbing and Freddie had Paul Prenter trying to get Queen to sound like what they were hearing in the gay clubs at the time...but there was a ton of synth drums being used - synth bass, etc. I mean you have Roger Taylor and you are using synth drums? Um....what? That's why if you compare the studio versions of Staying Power, Action This Day, hell even Body Language with the live versions - it's AMAZING the difference. Sooo we'll have to see. I just hope Adam's voice isn't buried in the mix as much as it was with Trespassing. (imo)
e. This I hesitated to say but I figure we can all deal with a little bit of questioning. I certainly understand why FLD became a mantra here as there was a lot at the beginning so it was easy just to dismiss an FLD or whatever. BUT as many will say that praising Adam shouldn't be a slight to Freddie so there is no reason to say it...on the same token I find that many times if someone says they prefer Freddie to Adam it is automatically tossed out as a bad review or even worse as someone who has a "wrong" opinion - sorry if that is never the intent but I do think it comes off that way sometimes....SO If praising Adam shouldn't be a slight to Freddie or Freddie fans shouldn't the same be true? If someone says that in their mind no one can replace Freddie but Adam is great, isn't that a valid viewpoint?
I think it's not black and white. It's not FLD or not. There are shades within FLD's.
I mean if I were to write a review I would probably give off an FLD because it is truly how I feel. No one can replace Freddie but Adam has certainly done a damn good job performing with Queen. His voice is extraordinary, his presence is improving with each gig, and right now I think he's by far the best choice to front Queen.
To me, much like Adam takes time out to praise Freddie during the show, it's the same for reviewers and fans - They want to acknowledge where the band came from and Freddie's influence and impact.
NOW if a review slams Adam and the whole article is how Freddie was far better and that the show can't live up to the past or Freddie takes up 75-80% of the reivew...than THAT is something that could be dismissed or ignored.
Is there a difference there? I might just be being sensitive...and if that is the case, I apologize. Just some thoughts I was having.

Just a friendly reminder that earlier today Q3 said Monte's meltdown was ok to talk about because it is "new" news but she requested that we not rehash what happened 3 years ago. I thought I would post that again for anyone who may have missed it. TY! That was kind of my point! The original discussion was his meltdown and attack on a fanbase and even Adam, not what happened 3 years ago! I can be disgusted with his twitter rant for what it was, a vile disgusting rant directed at older women who are fans of Adam Lambert. I'd be just as disgusted if his rant was directed at anyone not even involved with Adam. Last night I figured he was drunk or high & would delete his tweets in the morning. But nope, he just started all over! I think the whole thing was just, for me, a revealing look into his true colors. :( Yeah, he continued it on facebook in the morning too. Here's what he wrote during the middle of last night. I agree that his true colors are not of the shining variety. Like someone said earlier today he's getting lots of support for this from his fans so he's playing to them since the glambert fans had probably mostly already left him even before this. and then this morning

Just curious seeing most of TOH promo has been UK based right now. Mostly because he is based their right now. Do you think its possible he may perform his lead single in the UK? Or well it just be America. As his bio says world wide. Not implying he jump to NZ and perform on well we have nothing over here haha. April 10th seems like a good single launch, may single released online. May get a spot on SNL. I don't know just thinking out loud. His career is looking so bright right now, brighter then its ever been. Shoshanna tweeted a reply to a person wondering if Adam's the single?? or album?? would be released in various countries at the same time (ie the UK).... and her answer was.... it is usual to be 6 weeks behind the release in the United States. So...my thinking is.... he would perform his single in the US before the U.K.
