I usually plump for roughly 3 or 4 times per week but others may see it differently. Someone recently suggested that we should include other songs along with GT when requesting, preferably songs already near the top of the charts which aren't direct competitors to GT - that made a lot of sense to me in terms of a station's perceptions as did tweeting a thanks after a GT play  I just added 2 other SF stations that have GT on their media base forms. I'm not sure how I would figure out which songs besides GT to add.. Q3 any thoughts on how often to request on the media base forms? |

Slightly off topic (and sad news for Sam Smith and his fans), but this is why vocalists work hard to sing with good technique. Not infallible, but I would not expect this type of thing to happen to Adam because he has trained his voice and body (yum) so well for so many years... Sam Smith has always sounded like he strains his voice a great deal--especially on higher notes. As a singer, it's actually hard for me to listen to him sing sometimes (because of the way he sings and the way it hits my eardrums as a trained vocalist).
