Okay, I opened an account on SoundCloud in the meantime and successfully uploaded my little talk with the moderator of Delta Radio from yesterday evening and of course how they played GT afterwards!  BTW, they even played the explicit version with the f... word!!!  So, if you want to hear me giggling most of the time during the talk   , you can listen to it here! Seriously, guys, (for you non-german-speakers) she was perfect, she showed she was a regular listener by referring to previous stuff on the station, she showed she knew what was going on on their site, and she pitched Ghost Town as the next big summer hit by talking about the house beat like a pro. No wonder the DJ was impressed. And this is just personal, but my German half of the family is from Schleswig-Holstein (Flensburg), and I loved hearing those warm "Moins". You sounded totally plugged in and were great, Betty! And midwifespal, thank you so much for your great translation of our convo!  BTW, you heard it right, the moderator said "Ich bin jetzt richtig auf den Geschmack gekommen!", which means, he really likes the song! Afterwards he added that I already convinced him and he hopes that the other listeners "get infected by me", too! Oh ... and I really LOVE Flensburg, the city-center is so beautiful with all those small old houses!  It's only about an hour away from Kiel! |
