My question is, if Adam won, who could he beat easier, Kelly Clackson or David Archuleta? It's a silly game, I know. I think it would be harder for Adam to beat David Archuleta, because his fans are hardcore when it comes to polls. I'd vote for Kelly regardless, though, because I like her better. The Clay fans don't seem to be awake yet, so this is a good time to vote like crazy and drive up the numbers so it will be harder for them to catch up. JMO -- I recommend voting for Kelly -- so the final battle matters. As it should be Adam vs. Kelly. With Adam winning, of course. |

Upon a cursory glance he looks like an enormous surprised cockatoo that has perhaps gone to the Dark Side but when you truly study this image—given that there's no way to tear your eyes away once you're locked in the magical tractor beam of Lambert's version of Blue Steel—you realize that this dude comes in peace. And will not attempt to tie you to a railroad track despite you wearing a white eyelet tiered dress and matching bonnet that would look SO AMAZING tied to a railroad track. If you find the time today, please throw some votes to Adam. Aiken's rant about Adam's singing making his "ears bleed" still irks me. *grrr* My question is, if Adam won, who could he beat easier, Kelly Clackson or David Archuleta? It's a silly game, I know. Probably Kelly, because David Archuleta fans are experts at power voting. But beyond that, Kelly is also a legit star, and it makes this silly poll just a bit more valid if she is the one that makes it to the final round. |

But beyond that, Kelly is also a legit star, and it makes this silly poll just a bit more valid if she is the one that makes it to the final round. I agree! I've been voting for Kelly all along because she deserves to be there. I think Adam will beat Clay easily and here is my reasoning. In all the other polls, the Clay fans were voting against Adam as they cast their Clay votes. But, we also had the true fans of Ruben and Jordin who were voting. So, it was like a double whammy! Having only the Claymates to deal with should be easier. |

Hi everybody! What a weekend... there still seems to be life after vappu, however...  Hugs and kisses to Catzmadam in your ordeals! Hope everything turns out okay.  Also sending positive thoughts to our Tornado trio: bamafan, needacoke and JustWishin!  And THE beard is gone! Now that we've had photographic evidence of the reappearance of the famous chin, I wish we also had photos of it in "ordinary" surroundings and not always in a bar or some other public event. I know, I know... greedy, right? : It just seems that it is one bar or show after another... I loved the pictures of Adam and Sauli shopping and in Disneyland. They just seemed so... so "normal"! Sigh... And by "normal" I mean just ordinary people... |

Q3, loved your thoughts. As much as we want to lap up every detail of Adam's life, part of what makes him who he is is that he does have boundaries concerning what he chooses to share and the humor he uses to verbalize those choices. What he said about his age being an advantage on American Idol also plays a part in his ability to orchestrate his life (and us.)
