I guess my TV soiund is off because I didn't think she sang well. The performance smoke and mirrors were fantastic, but this supposed to be tHe Voice . Are the judges going idol and not going to criticize. You mean the first young little thing? Yeah, the vocals were not that good. The package looked good, but at the wrap up, when they played everyone again and I was reading the board instead of watching, I cringed a bit when they replayed her part. Cute as a button, but not strong enough yet. |

I just saw a blurb about only 10 votes per method .. gee.. why do you suppose they are going to limit votes.. LOL Should just be `10 period .. how many votes does it take to have someone win.. lol What is Dia doing? the Kris Allen version of Heartless.. lol and not as well either. I liked some of her phrasing, but didn't really connect with her. Not enuf to pick up a phone or replay it on YT. |

That Xenia is a pretty girl. I really enjoyed some parts of this, but the shyness could be an issue for her. Yup, I liked the little snippet at the end better because I wasn't watching the performance then. When I watched, she looked so uncomfortable and wooden, I felt uncomfortable for her. She needs to ripen for a few more years. |

Hi! I thought Bev was the most entertaining...I enjoyed her the first time I saw her. Sorry...but I thought the Queen Medley was disappointing except for the guitar playing of Adam Levine. And I'm on #teamjustnoadamdeutwithXtina! I used to love her voice but something has definitely happened to it.
Country isn't my thing but I think Blake Shelton seems like a nice guy.
I kept thinking...man can you imagine how everyone in the audience would have gone crazy if Adam had been on that show! His VOICE and CHARISMA would have been like a lightning bolt up there! ;D

I guess I am late to the party. Everyone else is gone. I have two overall impressions after watching.
1. This show blows the last two seasons of Idol out of the water! I didn't love every performance, but was thoroughly entertained, and didn't fast forward thru all kinds of crap, or excruciating performances. I like the format. I liked the more contemporary songs.
2. Adam Fucking Lambert is fucking amazing! When I watch this show, even tho it is much better than Idol, with much better staging and performers, I long to go back and watch Adam again. I have always known he is in another league, or from another planet, but, watching other performers compete and perform admirably, I constantly think that Adam could mop the floor with all of them, with one hand tied behind his back. And mop the floor with the mentor/judges, too.
