Just me or does anyone else think "There I Said It" is actually a refusal to be hidden/second class citizen/coming out song? Hadn't thought about that but it is a good idea! Someone I was discussing it with had another idea, that it is about the music industry & him walking away from RCA not supporting him. Lyrics totally work with that! |

WHy is Adam playing a country song? That is the #11 song on pop/CHR/Top 40 radio -- Andy Grammer's "Honey I'm Good". It is a country song that crossed over to Top 40. Personally, it is the song that makes me switch off radio!! |

Also works as being someone's down low lover for whatever reason i.e. closeted or married or anything requiring secrecy of relationship. |

Looks like you can buy TOH the single at Amazon as well. It just sounds better from there to me.

There is an iHeart event on the 16th that various iHeart stations in the area including Z100 are promoting and there is another event on the 17th that Fresh 102.7 (a CBS radio stations) is giving away tickets to. ETA: Pretty sure the 17th is a different location though. Yes, I knew about both of those events....just didn't think about the Tues. one being the official "IHeart Release Concert". I'm excited that it is and we'll get a wonderful stream! Wow, if Trespassing is an indication.....we might get 9 songs off of TOH? or at least " a lot " of songs plus WWFM and maybe a few from FYE and Trespassing. He did 10 tunes in 2012. But... but... when has he had time to rehearse more than a few songs?! I'm sure Adam is all in for this fantastic promo schedule, but he must be all in, in the sense of being exhausted. Or will be if this pace keeps up. Wow.  |
