A couple of observations from the top of the GMA bleachers: 1) The audience was packed by the stage, the rest of the venue was free to move around and totally stress free, overall not more than 1.5K people in the 5K venue 2) I was right next to the sound booth and it was very interesting to see and hear the sound check process and equipment adjustment talk... they called Adam "Mr. Lambert" - every time I heard it I was doing internal AWWWWW 3) the audience had sort of three "Passion Layers": - the VIP peeps right by the stage - no need to describe their enthusiasm - The peeps behind the VIP section, the front of GA - clapping and cheering almost as much as the VIPs - The crowd behind - there for the GMA I suppose, not fans, mostly standing around, there were some fans of the actor that was on (can't remember the name) From my vintage point it looked like a gradual decrease in energy as you got farther from the stage. Once the official part was over they announced "the end" and that Adam will perform another song just for us. I was afraid there will be many people leaving...but boy was I wrong - NO ONE LEFT! NOT ONE! And as you know Adam got so hot and loose during EITN! THE WHOLE AUDIENCE WAS CLAPPING and DANCING! ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK! I was sooo happy! I should've recorded, but I had put my phone away by then, thinking we'd surely have much better quality recordings... I had magical three days "with Adam" thanks to our wonderful ATOPers, most of whom I met for the first time - TY, ladies, it was a blast! Special thanks to my iHeart angel Theosgma

If we don't get what we want as a fandom, at least it took AMERICAN MUSIC ROYALTY to beat us. Think Adam and fandom have done a superlative job. Still happy and amazed the fandom has so many beautiful, lovely fans. This was my first event amongst the fandom and enjoyed myself. Thank you so much.

I think cassie will like this Thanks. Interesting. Of course, I automatically do that as I listen to anything Adam does, when he gets to the edges of his range, but I enjoy seeing what others hear, too. I agree with most of this. Except that falsetto is not a "register." Am I being picky here? And a couple of the phrases s/he identified as falsetto I hear as head voice. Different technique, tone, and strength. Whatever. It is impressive for pop music. I have a question about this video. Are the low notes in After Hours indeed A2? I'm asking because since I've been infected by the Adam virus I've also been trying to find out more stuff about my own vocal range. I've used an app on my phone to try things out, but then I can get down to about C3, but that's it. But I can sing those notes on After Hours or at least I think I can (didn't have an audience yet that can confirm). Maybe it's easier to get to the notes while singing a line than just produce that single note. But was just wondering. I've never had much training, but I love the fact that I can sing everything from Adam on the notes he sings them. On most other male singers I have to sing an octave higher because they are going way to low.

I went to Wal-mart twice this week looking for Adam's album. No luck. There was not even an empy space where they would have stocked it :( So, I went to our local music shop that I had never been in before, sort of grungy and small, but they had 1 copy of the explicit version. I asked if they had more because I wanted to get another one for my daughter who is not YET a fan. They said they would have another one in next Tuesday. ONE!!?? So I asked if this was normal or if this guy just wasn't very popular and he said "Oh, no, he has a great following.". So WTF? Anyway, he said CD sales are wired like that, not many people buy CDs like that anymore. OK? James Taylor had 4...Guess I' ll run back ther on Tuesday

It is not in a space in the regular stock. They are only stocking the clean version. Target and Best Buys are good bets.

There is something about @adamlambert beauty that is much more than skin deep -- that smile! No one smiles like that if they are bitter.
