Thanks for stepping out of the woodworks! I wish you had been here when we last discussed about this at the time TOH was released. Well, I don't have time to read those now, sorry, but will do so soon. I trusted the official site and didn't think I should google any changes. Good that we have more accurate info now!

I don't remember if I posted the link to chart in Hungary. TOH is up one place from 5 to 4. zene.slagerlistak.hu/top-40-album-dvd-es-valogataslemez-lista#I don't seem to find a way to see the earlier charts though. There are two numbers (3 and 4) mentioned which could be weeks on chart (3) and peak position (4) but I don't remember the debut position? Looks like going up anyway which is good. GT is not in top 40 singles or radioplay nor streaming chart. In the header click on Archivum and choose the second option. On this page you can choose the chart, the year and then the week. Thanks, will try again later! ...thinking that I tried that already but maybe not then...

So as I predicted the last three days of the week handily beat the 4th of July weekend spins and pulled HAC into a steady gainer. Because of the low numbers this week the HAC should look very good during the upcoming week because it won't have high numbers to compete against.
I'm not so sure that Maroon 5 and Tove Lo's songs will go recurrent next week on HAC though. There's 1000 spins difference between them and the next song so they have to lose 500 each and two others gain 500 each (any combo that adds to 1000) to flip them out of the top 10. I'm not sure HAC has that big of gainers and losers so at the most I think we would only lose one of them next week and I wouldn't count on them being out for two weeks.
I'm liking the numbers in POP but cautionary roads lie ahead. I think GT is at the point now where it needs 200+ weeks all the time, no more in the 100s and definitely not below 100. If it's going places now is the time.
I'm hoping Patti's numbers friend is right in thinking that the official charts will change to Monday instead of Sunday. Right now all those spins on OPH and SOL are great but they fall into both Sunday number and Monday numbers and the Mondays aren't counted till the next week. When GT was having a bit of a hard time keeping above water it was because it took two weeks to get past 2 spin nights on those Sat/Sun shows. If it really got three spins last night that could make it difficult. But I think that GT is positioned on the charts where hopefully the growth is such that those type of spins just add to it's momentum.
Go little song Go.

Pretty sure my numbers friend misunderstood the BB article & numbers will be official today. There are so many songs dropping above GT, I think it will hit Top 20 within 3 weeks

I know Tove Lo is way too high but there is at least a chance that Sugar could go if it starts to plummet because FOB finished with a strong 409 spins bullet for the week so if next week is as good or better and Sugar starts dropping the way Bright did this week then it could go out. Way too early to tell but not out of the realm of possibility. Tove Lo is pretty much out of the question as it would not only have to drop like a brick but the next 2 songs would need to have 500+ bullets and I don't see that being any kind of possibility. As for SNOL I doubt seriously that there were 3 spins as I scrolled back through the feeds of several peeps who where actively listening to Z100 and only saw the 2. There were a few people who were listening to OPH and tweeting to SNOL and their tweets about spins were very confusing as to which show was spinning but even one of those later tweeted only 2 spins for SNOL. The modest update kind of confirms that. From what I could find OHP isn't on a large number of stations. The complete list wasn't very long and although I didn't check each stations some had MIX in the name and those are usually HAC stations while some were also internet only. Also no clue whether all of the station are even on the monitored panel. The update this morning was only 1 spin higher than last Saturday's update and if there had been a 3rd SNOL spin I'm sure we would have seen a much larger update. From what I saw it looked like people were saying that OHP had spun GT twice last week as well so if they did 3 last night that was only 1 more than the previous so probably not a huge number.

What numbers are you talking about (bolded above)? Not saying that it spun three times just that my calculations show pretty big increase in daily spins over the same days last week.

What numbers are you talking about (bolded above)? Not saying that it spun three times just that my calculations show pretty big increase in daily spins over the same days last week. I am only talking about the change in Saturday's spins. I am tracking the raw spin numbers. The increase in spins for just Saturday from last week to this week was 35. The most it could have been was 39 depending on if the 4 spins reduction from the published chart last week is all taken off of Saturday's spins. In reality there is no way of knowing which day the correction impacts. The raw chart numbers match this week though. Last week's update for Saturday was 34 spins. An extra SNOL spin would only have impacted Saturday's numbers. Yes there were good updates during the week but each the individual day spin totals vary quite a bit during the week. Mon thru Friday spin counts are almost 100 spins lower than the Saturday & Sunday spins counts. When we lost the one SNOL spin 3 weeks ago we had a -71 update. When we got it back the following weekend we had a +40 on Saturday and the Sunday was only +3 and given the fact that the bullet went from -3 on Fri to 108 on Sat I would say that had we not gotten the 2nd SNOL spin it would have been a negative update for Saturday. 1 SNOL spin is somewhere in the 100 spin range. Because this week has decent updates all week I think an extra SNOL spin would have given much more than a +35 for an update. Here's my table of spins for each day. Sunday only has one number and the rest of the week it's the day/week to date. The end of week totals all match Mediabase. POP Week Ending Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday 5/23/2015 176 209/385 163/548 211/759 205/964 197/1161 256/1417 5/30/2015 164 206/370 176/546 212/758 220/978 226/1204 333/1537 6/6/2015 233 240/473 205/678 218/896 245/1141 242/1383 375/1758 6/13/2015 348 274/622 247/869 260/1129 271/1400 250/1650 431/2081 6/20/2015 382 259/641 276/917 273/1190 268/1458 264/1722 360/2082 6/27/2015 406 285/691 265/956 274/1230 297/1527 263/1790 400/2190 7/4/2015 410 272/682 302/984 306/1290 289/1579 291/1870 424/2294 7/11/2015 444 301/745 329/1074 359/1438 307/1745 344/2089 463/2552
