"Ghost Town" is still at #16 on iTunes in Pop but it's moved up to #42 in Music Overall. I'm hoping for an eventual GOLD in the US with 500,000 from downloads plus streaming. The formula of 100 streams being equivalent to one download should help a lot as long as we continue streaming.

We are a LONG, LONG way from any consideration of a second single. Since Adam is likely to be mostly out of the country until after the QAL SA dates I doubt seriously that they will be in any hurry to release another single. One of the advantages to GT's slow climb is that it is not as likely to nose dive. Adam's songs on radio seem to linger and take forever to go away. WWFM's run on HAC lasted forever it seemed. The song didn't peak there until July, 8 months after release. IMO we won't see another single until fall.

LOL GT is doing the same jellyfish thing on iTunes. Just kind of riding the wave of the low 40's for several days now while things rearrange around it. When do the new Cumulus add stations start spinning? How do I access starters and leaders? That NY station mentioned in the main thread with 4 spins already today is a monster spinner! I looked it up. Jeez. Would that we had 10 more like that. I don't consider GT a jellyfish on iTunes at all. Hanging around in the 40s is an excellent place to be! It probably amounts to 25-30K sales a week, at least! It is staying there due to the AI and that is a VERY good thing!! Cumulus is already spinning, BB! Their spins are picking up the slack of some iHeart stations that have slowed down. The Cumulus Atlanta station did just start though and has done daytime spins. That is a VERY good sign. Would love to see Sirius get on board. They are being dickheads. Don't know why, it is a mystery to me. I think you are missing the spirit of what I mean by a jellyfish. It is going with the flow and not minding bobbing a little in one direction or another. It was meant as a good thing. As I said, I was concerned initially that the big rise up would have some compensatory drop after a few days but it has not. I think things are GREAT. No whining from me at all. I reposted that piece of Jablea's post 'cause I think she described it so very well. It is an almost perfect arc covering the SA tour before WBR needs to think about a new single. GT sure knew how to do its job!

I love seeing Germany and Australia both at #11 atm! (8 pm ET), especially Germany as there is no promo (that I know of) happening there! Of course OZ will probably go even higher for a few days...
and US holding in 42-45 range is great!

My bet is new single radio drop in mid to late Sept with TV promo in Oct/Nov. it is kind of perfect. HAC moves slow. They will not wait for an HAC peak to drop a new single. They will drop when it starts to fall from the CHR peak.

When you go to the Top 40 chart at All Access, click on Ghost Town. It will bring up the "leaders." While you are still there, look at your URL at top of your page and where it says, "leaders" change that to "starters." If he is on the "Spin Increase chart, you can do it there, which is easier. Use the pull down menu for the charts. Instead of choosing "Rolling" or "Published" choose "Spin Increase," then either Top 40 or HAC. When the list comes up, it will have a link for starters and leaders. Warning: the starters and leaders lists are not always working.

I met my DH folk dancing and we just celebrated 48th

We worked there and met there!
