I'm not sure that you guys know this, but the guy who started the It's Get Better campaign has a weekly column where he gives out advice about sex and relationships and points out strangeness in how society looks at sex in general, and gay sex specifically. It's enlightening and amazing and sometimes very unusual. It reminds me of how the Urban Dictionary can make you go AHHH, EEEK, and WOW all at the same time mixed with a VERY sharp intellect and a willingness to say it like it is. It often makes me see things in a new way. www.avclub.com/features/savage-love/, Dan Savage also broadcasts weekly podcasts called "Savage Love" downloadable for free from iTunes. But just to warn you, I am no prude by any stretch but there were times I felt like I had to shield my "virgin ears"--it's very explicit. Jamie and Gelly, love the fresh faced/fierce and glittery gif comparisons! The images (and the voice of course) of the idol audition and CTF together were exactly the reason I fell down the rabbit hole. Happy memories and many more to look forward to! |

NUTS??LOL Rolling Stone covered Adam's nipple FFS and instead they showed us a naked (an ugly image IMO) Russel Brand. Thanks. I doubt that it would make any difference but I voted on this poll. Is this image too racy for a magazine cover? Yes 12% No 88% |

This twitter account which is from Russia fans I think knows nothing about bands They responded to devenlane cause she was wondering about how Adam is gonna play there, if there seems to be a hard rock festival and Adam is more popish AdamLambertRUUA RussianUkrainianFans @devenlane have you seen who would play with him? Travis, Brainstorm, Zenfira, The Prodigy& Korn. 70%of them are not hard rock bands I must say that its exactly the opposite. I do not know about this festival but this year the bands that are playing are hard hard rock metal bands . That is why I believe Adam is gonna go totally on the rock side of himself vocally. And since its a one day concert he certainly can do it without doing any harm on his voice. Now I dont know how is he gonna make it work since all the other bands are so hard rock, I think I saw a post saying that they're gonna be different stages, cause otherwise I dont know how on earth is he gonna go on stage after a metal band. Such a different crowd from what he's used to. Just saying my thoughts To give you an idea if someone doesnt know these bands ETA LOL I dont want to scare anyone, Travis are popish and I know nothing about Zenfira. Are we sure Korn is still playing? Didn't they just cancel their European Tour dates because of the lead singer being sick or something? |

Yes they said something about a blood illness but I cant find something in Maxidrom (and I cant understand Russian lol) or in any other site saying specifically that they are not going to play, so I dont know :-/

LOL, gelly, you already scared me! Actually, that's the other Brainstorm that will play with Adam. They are from Latvia, playing alternative rock and pop-rock. They have several songs in Russian and their sound overall is very mellow. Nice opening act, I must say. I haven't found any recent videos, but here's the wiki link: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainstorm_(Latvian_band)Zemfira also has very soft sound, though it is rock. She is loved by tons of people, even those Korn and Prodigy fans who write hateful comments on Adam, acknowledge Zemfira's songwriting and singing skills. Here's a video if you are interested. It's actually a 1998 song, but it's one of her major hits. IMO, she will be playing 4th right before Korn, because she has some "star quality" around her. She has the best sound equipment in Russia, and she hasn't done concerts for a while. In 2004 she performed We Are the Champions with Queen at MTV Russian Music Awards. Her name will attract more people, wise move from the org's side. Also, there's been a long time speculation that she is lesbian. Just saying  And thanks for the nice pics, gelly and 4Msrmyn! |
