Only problem with using a different performance of Save Me on the Rio DVD is that Adam wore a different outfit. Of course, they could use one of the South America versions I guess.
I am hoping that they plan to release the Sydney DVD for the Christmas season market. TOH will have been out long enough that it wouldn't compete - might even enhance. Do you think that is possible?

Oh by flew in - I meant simply the audio. They'd use crowd footage or shots of Spike or Rufus at the moment...and we'd hear Save Me from some other gig....even for just the first half of the chorus! I think it's not going to be the Christmas season because Queen is going to release A Night at the Odeon (Christmas 1975) gig in Late November and they aren't going to have two competing projects going. I'd bet on the Sydney gig to be released in early 2016...Marchish maybe?

I so wanted a professional DVD before 2016. Sigh. ETA: Well, not a bummer for Queen fans. Sorry about that, Talon. I am just Adam obsessed.

^ That's because it hasn't been officially announced. Jim Beach talked about it during the Freddie b-day party and Nick mentioned it quickly once during his Notes - but it has made some appearances on amazon uk already so we're just basically waiting for a press release. Interesting release nonetheless - close in setlist to Rainbow - but a legendary concert especially given Freddie and Brian have the flu! (I appreciate the Edit in I get it...I know where I am ) Personally I want both
Of course I'm not certain where Brian + Kerry Ellis' Anthems II fits in either...that's also supposed to be Christmas Time but I don't think they care as much about solo releases overlapping...I don't THINK it should affect Sydney either but it's a thought...

Oh! Wow! Thank you for this Cassie! Nice way to get to see all the good vids! Appreciate you taking the time to make it for us. Happy to share. I wanted a playlist because I may want to show some less than passionate Adam/Queen fans one or two of my favorites (I always live in hopes of converting at least one), and it is easier than trying to locate them on a two hour video. Plus, they can look at the playlist and maybe see a Queen song they recognize and say, "Oh, let's watch that one!" Hey, it could happen.
