Question: Ladies, how do you take off your T-shirts? Like Gigi?
While the T-shirt is on -- one arm out of the sleeve, the other arm out of the sleeve; then, hands under the collar and lift off over the hair. tmi? I just lift the shirt edges and pull over the head just like Gigi. |

I know....Isn't it gorgeous! Seems Olena painted it and then showed it to Kamar. She said Kamar's eyes motivated her. Kamar's eyes are very intriguing.....beautiful and mysterious. And the rest of her is cute as a button. lol
ETA: Regarding removing a t-shirt....it all depends on the hair. I don't think I've ever removed one from the front with arms crossed like Gigi...but then I'm not trying to show off my turquoise bra for the camera..lol. I always reach over my shoulders and pull up from the back and pull forward. IF the hair is "done" I would remove each arm and gently pull straight up over the head.

I posted this on yesterday's thread, but since it was so late I thought I would post it again (hope that's okay). Adam's new video really hit me close to home. I love Adam's new video for ALN, and I can actually relate to it quite well in my real life because I spent 15 years as a (mostly) parish pastor. I still do ministry but in other forms. I know what it is like to perform marriages and blessings for couples on their special day while feeling alone in my own life. It really is a performance sometimes--not in a fake way, but I have had to do weddings after breaking up with a boyfriend, when I haven't been feeling good, when I haven't gotten along with members of the wedding party, etc. As a singer, performer and pastor, sometimes you just have to put on your happy face and get on with business. It is as much part of doing my job as knowing how to use accounting software would be for an accountant. I will say that even when I am in a bad mood or sad when I begin a wedding/performance/whatever, I am usually in a good my by the time it's done. It is true that acting happy and having others respond to you can cheer you up a lot! Thanks for reposting this!! Yes, def OK. |

On page one today ...I lifted a quote from an article. ‘ The Original High’ debuted in the US Billboard Top 3, the UK Top 10 and the Worldwide Top 3, sending Adam’s sales to over 2.5 million units worldwide.
I have been wondering about sales worldwide...so was interested to see this. Guess I should go to the numbers thread more often...haha  When Adam was leaving the AI bubble, Kris Allen thanked a media person for buying his "single"... so he got approximately .9 cents. At that time on the thread there was talk of ---on an "album" sale--- Adam may get $1.00. Anyone have any clue about such things? Is that a number that still is in the ball park? |

Aleks is such a gifted writer like so many other Atopers. Her post made me cry as it captures how I feel every day specially when I turn the lights off. This paragraph has touched me deeply more than anything. How I miss my beloved DH! Thanks Aleks (hope you still lurk here) for your beautiful essay. Could I have a recap of tonights performance at the Ziggo Dome? What time is Adam expected to sing? US time.. Is it going to be streamed by the radio station? Only the info Q3 posted on Page 1. Looks like Adam is closing out the show so sometime between say 4PM and 5:30PM Central this afternoon. When it gets close to time, there should be postings about streams, etc....which work in the US, etc. |
