Just fast forwarded thru 2 hours of Idol. It was... strange. Tony Bennett, Tom Jones and Gaga on the same show??? Kinda creeped me out.
I agree it was a variety show. Guess it was well done. I didn't really pay much attention. Had to smile, tho;, that at 62, Tyler still did much better on that song than Gokey.
Now, can we forget S10 along with S9, and replay S8? Much more entertaining, from beginning to end.

Perfect! Guy out of idol attends Idol Finale red carpet with his same-sex partner & holding hands. This must be a first ever! Adam is really changing things and keeping it real. I'm just overjoyed!!!! ;D  |

Good for the variety, don't really care to see the season 10 idol folk, liked them at first, but really got tired of the bad over singing later on, but will enjoy as much as i can |

Adam brought him to Idol, posed witth him, smiled and held his hand and basically said FU to the conservative idol audiences. Love it !!!!!!!!!!1
