I don't worry about Adam and his future songs.. I remember what Monte said a while back. Something like, For fun, I would give Adam the worst songs and somehow he would change them up and make them sound great. Can you imagine how successful Adam will be with great material.Just look how he changed up the songs from his first album. Selling over a million cds around the world,etc. is not chopped liver. IMO The best thing is for Adam to be a different type of singer,original ,not like what's on the air now.. Good voices seem to be making a come back, and no one out there can out sing Adam." I TRUST".

The biggest way to kill a music career is to try to clone what is popular. But some songs are so bad even Adam can't make them great -- example: "A Loaded Smile". All I hope is that he stays far away from Linda Perry this time. |

I also remembered that Monte said (jokingly) he's giving Adam's a hard time for not asking him or write with him for Adam#1. |

I also remembered that Monte said (jokingly) he's giving Adam's a hard time for not asking him or write with him for Adam#1. Several months ago, when they were touring, Adam said that he planned to write a couple of songs with the band -- and listed everyone -- Monte, Tommy, Isaac and Cam. But he has not said that since last Summer I think. Monte has said that he was writing songs for the album, and in a couple of interviews talked about planning on writing songs for the album with Adam. I think that he overstated his involvement with the album in one interview but it was clear he expected to be actively involved in writing the album. I think he is less involved than he expected/hoped. And there has been no indication that Adam has written anything with Monte or the entire band. |
