Sauli has already changed his Twitter avi! Think it's adorable his avi's were from the Idol Red Carpet with Adam.
ETA: he's not following Adam yet - interesting or does that make sense in the Twitter world.

Actually the get plenty of advice from experts who are on the payroll of the people who they are negotiating with.
James probably has a lawyer but he has no management contract with 19 -- and may not get one.
Most likely, he has learned that 19M is not going to sign him to a management contract or he is still in limbo. So no manager to talk to.
He is not signed to UMG but there are discussions going on. If they want him, he has to sign. And if they want to drag it out, they can until mid-August I believe. So he has little power to negotiate with UMG.
He will be getting $1K per show for the Idol tour, which is not bad. But since the winner only got a $250K advance, James at #4 is likely to get much less from UMG if they sign him. My bet is he is looking at a crappy deal with an album only contingent on sales of a single or small EP. And that 19M will pass on him. This is not a great deal.

I went ahead and followed - he has to have known AFL's fans would and maybe those of us who are a little less crazy can delute the cray. I think if I see cray tweeting at him, I'll send my own bland, boring, NOT cray to try and drown them out  That is pretty much how I tweet at AFL - when I see a lot of crap being sent to him, I just send a few tweets about how much I love his music. I see others also do this and hopefully it helps. |

Oh gawddddd, Sauli is on Twitter now????  (There is no smiley that properly expresses my dismay, lol) I hope Adam has prepared him for the up-close-and-personal glimpse into the abyss of cray that this fandom can be, jfc. Good guess that it might be related to his radio gig. Well, the guy is brave, that's for sure. I'm really torn about whether to follow :-/ Maybe I'll wait til he reaches 50,000 later today so I can lose myself in the crowd... : Ya, I debated following also, but what can I say, "I am weak!" Once Adam verified it was him....I didn't even hesitate! haha! I rarely tweet but I like to know what's going on. (So freakin' nosey!  ;D) I suspect I won't understand much anyway, although I see he's using a lot of English..... He's a public figure working in the entertainment business (radio gig) - I don't see anything wrong with following him. |

He hasn't followed Katri yet or his radio station. He said he doesn't know how it works, so he may not even "get" the following part yet. I predict a text or phone call from Adam telling him how it's done! Nothing like learning from the best! |

Just a little bit of trivia, but I did a little research and found that British Airways shows "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" as one of their inflight movies. Acc. to the time Adam tweeted "farewell London" on Saturday, he could either be in LA, Miami or New York. Just wish he would tell us!! NINJA!!!! |
