That's funny because this is my favorite uptempo song on her album. It's just a fun party song to me.

Have you guys seen it yet? It is hysterical!! I love it and can not wait for my Katy Perry concert in August! I did not enjoy the video at all, too silly and not sure that kids that don't have "the look" are going to love it all that much. Of course it is not aimed at my age group either so I thought it was a major homage to the '80s and '90s. You don't have braces like that anymore (though I wore them in the '80s and had a head gear, not like THAT though), the costumes, jewelry, sets, casting was totally '80s and early '90s. Goofy as hell, but had a lot of fun bits in it. ETA: LOVE the cameos too.

I wonder when he will tweet something other than pimping friends/other artists. I also wonder if there's anyone else out there who does that as much as he does. He's so freakin' NICE. I don't deserve to be a fan. <-----ME

I think my 10-13 year old grandkids are more sophisticated than this Katy Perry ode to kids with braces. I love Katy Perry's earlier stuff, why has she become "a teenagers dream" literally? I miss her adult work.

I thought the KP video was really fun. Her voice tends to hurt my ears a lot of the time but the girl is a genius at writing catchy pop.

Kenny G totally cracked me up and I couldn't remember his name to save my life. I kept thinking his first name was Michael (I was thinking of Michael Bolton #80sfail). Didn't realize until the end that it was Debbie Gibson and Corey Feldman playing her parents.

OT of the KP vid - I finally listened to the Eber/Adam interview from the finale. I remember hearing it way back when but it was nice to listen again knowing all that has happened to Adam since. Eber has a really nice voice. Wonder if he can sing.
