Cracks me up how all the BTM articles use Adam's photo. I guess, he is the prettiest one they are featuring! If Adam wanted to re-use the Accoutic Live EP picture again for the new album I'd be good with that.  |

OK, I guess I'm calm enough to comment now.
Whenever I'm away from the ATop News thread for too long I'm afraid something major is gonna happen.
I saw CW rumor and TG it was debunked before I had a chance to worry about it. It still gave me a panicky moment.

OT. Yesterday I caught the tail end of the two anchors of one if my local TV station talking about this thing Apple is trying to develop to stop people from recording a concert and the woman commentator said it sounded kind of like Big Brother to her. Then I got to thinking what if you were taping a big musical production at your son/daughter's high school on your phone.....are you going to be shut down too? There wouldn't be any copy right infringement so how can you not have the right to video the whole school musical production? Maybe I'm not understanding how it would work.

The way I understand it, the venue would need to have sensors installed that would then detect an iPhone pointed at the stage, and then would temporarily disable the camera on the phone. So I think only concert halls and theatres would be inclined to install such technology. Although I wonder, even if the venue didn't have a sensor installed, maybe it is portable technology, that for example a performer could bring from venue to venue and install on the spot. |

And shallow end comment here: If they do Skype or communicate with visuals I wonder if there is a little, uh hum, playfulness that goes on in the privacy of their communication/s. OK, out of the shallow end now  Ha, Ha. Great (or perverted) minds think alike. Really? Fanfics about ........... oh, the Skype? Not the sleeping in class. NO! I'm not a blonde, just a little clueless sometimes... Hahaha... Yes the Skype... or more specifically being able to see each other in real time and... Glad others could relate, and I got to keep my Stan card :D |

This touches on a comment I made here yesterday. Yes, smacks of big brother to me. Apple should not even be in a position to have to determine what would be personal use or otherwise - that type of snooping shouldn't even happen in the first place.
