Thank you, krypto! I was hoping you'd do this for us as I was also hoping that the following sentence was a mistake of translation, but unfortunately it was not: "...the former Starbucks clerk and finalist on American Idol has the incredible luck to be touring the world at 34 in front of full stadiums alongside the aristocratic Brian May and Roger Taylor." What a fascinating example of a message where all parts are literally true but the end result is warped...amazingly masterful slap...oh well... Hmm, it is in the eye of the beholder. When I read the Google version of the translation, I thought like you. When I read the original, the whole article was exactly the opposite - it was a slap on all the "he is not worthy" comments which I also found in some other articles I don't have the heart to translate. What you quoted above is what Adam says (because he is humble): I cannot believe I am doing this, it is a great honour, they are the royalties of rock and I am just their guest, making their music alive again. And he is grateful. And he is the first to mention he is not Freddie (to take away their ammo, more or less). However I suspect he is aware of the fact (after being close to Brian and Roger) that his live vocal abilities are way beyond belief. For the first time last night I saw him showing through a bit of that confidence in some word plays or Freudian slips - "Do you love Freddie as much as me" (which could mean "as much as I do" on any other night, but last night it meant "as much as you love me"), because in the STL intro he was like "Who is in love?" "Not with me, with somebody else" after hearing the voices telling him "we love you". Anyway, I take the article that I polished as a huge compliment to both his abilities and his attitude. I did a double take and a bit of a giggle at the "do you love Freddie as much as me" and the "not with me" comments as well. Adam is truly owning being the front man but understands how to do that with dignity and humility. It really is interesting to watch.

I just got back on the thread and I really appreciate you cleaning up the google translation kryptoman.

This is OT but just wanted to let everyone know that I probably won't be around much until next Thursday or so as I'll be out of town helping my daughter move to Virginia and while all this is happening my roommate who has been waiting for a transplant got a call this evening so they are on their way to Miami. I'm including the link to their funding page and would appreciate anyone sharing the link or contributing. Hopefully this trip will not be in vain as the last one was due to the organ not being viable after harvesting. www.gofundme.com/2b4qkb2c

This one is for my dear friend, mayumi, who has a special fondness for Adam's armpits.

Will probably generate some comments on the edit of this iconic pic- Why do people do this thing? Create something new rather than using existing pictures/arts?
