Once again our President comes through. He's not my President, never has been, but I didn't point fingers, belittle him or protest and carry signs that say he's not my President.

Once again our President comes through. He's not my President, never has been, but I didn't point fingers, belittle him or protest and carry signs that say he's not my President. I am really wondering what your point is in coming to this thread. What do you actually hope to accomplish. Surely there is a fan site where you can go and extoll HeWhoCannot amed's virtues and rejoice in all his successes over the next 4 years with people who will support and cheer you. This is a fan site for a gay Jewish man from the den of iniquity that is Hollywood, California and who has friends who are femme gay men, transgender, and drag queens whose rights and safety are very much in danger. Quite frankly if HeWhoCannot amed/*&@^# had been the Democratic ticket for President and given all the horrible derogatory things that HeWhoCannot amed has said about women, Muslims, blacks, Mexicans, latinos in general, people with handicaps, did I miss out anybody, plus all the homophobic policies *&@^# supports there is no way in hell I would have voted for them. I would have voted Democratic in all my local, state, and national contests but I would have voted Republican for President. I am comfortable enough in my own skin and have too much self-respect to choose a disgraceful person like HeWhoCannot amed. So go ahead, keep spewing here if you must, there is nothing more welcome than someone who comes to a funeral and trash talks the deceased to all the loving relatives. And if you think we are not grieving, then you just have not been paying attention.

Grieve if you must. But please realize that there are MANY of us here that agree with ceecee but have not spoken out because of the many comments over the years that we do not agree with. Most of those comments have been very insulting. You can be a fan of Adam Lambert, but not agree with SOME of his politics. Thank you Q3 for stating the facts and trying to be the voice of reason. Maybe all of the chicken littles will realize that the sky isn't falling.

I did not say a word about politics except to say that I would split my political vote in order to cast a moral vote for decency.

I can't help but wonder why HeWhoCannot amed supporters are even coming to this thread. The point of keeping it open was to allow those that have real fear and anxiety a place to get a hug and support. I find it cruel to belittle others fear. I also think that it would be nice to see some grace from the winners. Serves no useful purpose to rub HRC supporters nose in it. I would hope that unless you have something new or relevant to add that you would refrain from repeating the same info over and over.

The Democrats and President Obama in particular, hands are not clean. I remember when Obama rammed through the affordable care act without the vote of one single Republican and his comment afterwards was "election have consequences". I don't consider that a graceful winner. What I always hear from Democrats is you have to try harder to see it our way but when the shoe is one the foot all hear is you don't care about all these groups of people therefore you are a terrible person. If you watched 60 Minutes last night when HeWhoCannot amed was asked about gay rights he said that it is set law and I didn't get the feeling he was going to try to change it.
