I just got off the phone with the Mayor of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (yea, I'm cool like that ). He said that about 6,000 tickets have been sold for Adam's concert. That is the highest sales number for all of their artists during the festival. He also said that he has spoken to other promoters in the area and it seems that most of the sales come on the 'day of'. He also said there will be a big promotional push this weekend (in Quebec obviously).

ETA.. also according to Madamimadam at IDF..

Maximum tickets per day = 10,000.

IKR! One of the party goers exact comment was, "Really? He didn't win? Who won?"

I completely stayed out of this cnverstaion, BTW. I wanted to see how it flowed without a BSC involved!

I can't believe you never got to a GNT concert, Seoulmate!!! That's right! The West Coast of Canada was scorned. :'(

Rihannasu, your post choked me up and loved that video and song. I never knew it was written for Michael Hutchence. LOVED him and INXS in the 80s. He oozed sexuality in the way Adam does. Incredible voice and presence. He stayed at the hotel I worked at in college, but I never met him. :(
