This tweet from the adoption agency makes me think that Adam chose an adult 2 year old dog who was already know to do well with at least some travel and that he hopes to take Pharaoh on travel with him. Why else would the agency proclaim about Pharaoh "A new life of traveling the globe." @walkmehomeresq: Congrats to Pharaoh Lambert and his new Dad. GOLDEN TICKET winner! A new life of traveling the globe. ❤️RESCUE DOGS!!! twitter.com/WALKMEHOMERESQ/status/825752366334963712/photo/1

I don't believe for a moment that the rescue agency would be so presumptuous as to suggest that Pharaoh would now be traveling the globe had Adam himself not talked about it. I'm guessing that in his conversations with them he specificically asked about travel, because he was keen to have a dog that would be happy "traveling the globe". And as others have said, Pharaoh will soon let him know if he's NOT happy!! But looking at the bond between them, I guess that Pharaoh will be happiest wherever Adam is.

It's a dog, he is not the second coming of Christ or something. People take along their children on tours and to movie sets, etc. Certainly can be easily managed with a dog. This ain't rocket science. (And if it was Rocket Science, Adam will have a Rocket Scientist along with him!)

Hate to burst all of the LOL bubbles, but Dr. Bri isn't actually a rocket scientist. He is an Astrophysicist. Astrophysics is the branch of astronomy that employs the principles of physics and chemistry "to ascertain the nature of the heavenly bodies, rather than their position in space". So in simple terms, the study of the sun, stars, galaxies etc. Whereas the common term 'rocket science' refers to Aerospace Engineering, the primary field of engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft. It has two major and overlapping branches: aeronautical engineering and astronautical engineering. In simple terms, the study of propulsion and avionics. Two completely different fields.

Yeah well, even Dr. Bri with all his Astrophysics and Renaissance Man skills cannot overcome either British or Australian law. For this upcoming US tour, Pharaoh will be able to explore the conveniences and inconveniences of travel in the modern world, but once it comes to these rather rigid countries, Pharaoh will probably be out of luck and will have to stay home.
As Q3 has pointed out, there are sufficient candidates available in Adam's circle of friends, who gladly find themselves playing house and dog sitter for a month or so. But of course it is not the same as being woken up by a gentle 'goood morning' coming from that familiar voice of Adam.
