Hmmm wonder what pants he has on here......... Hmm, at first glance I thought them to be those same leggings or rips black jeans that we saw before. But now looking at them they look to be a bit..sheer They look like a leopard print to me. Didn't someone say they saw Adam and Sauli shopping during the day?

Here's a little story about the night we saw Adam in Vegas. A large group gathered in a restaurant before the show. Little by little small groups started to leave and line up. When we were finally inside the "beach" everyone scattered and found their spots. I ended up near rad, maine, aloha and regi and carttash (who don't post here regularly). We were on the sand just to the left of the stage. We hung out, talked and waited for the show to start. Then the music played. We stood up and cheered. FYE was blaring and, well you know that moment of anticipation when you know in a couple of minutes you will see Adam on top of the stairs!!! Then, we saw Adam. Not on the stairs, he had to walk a path to the stage that ran parallel along a hotel to get to the stage. The walkway was lit, but not brightly. You can see some of it in this photo. Look to the left of the stage. Then among the music and cheers I could here a little gasp, an intake of breath coming from my little group. It was a silhouette wearing a top hat with large feathers attached. My jaw dropped and my eyes followed him. He wasn't singing or wailing or dancing or thrusting. He was walking. Walking to the stage where he would stand at the top of the stairs and give us a show we would never forget. I so wish I caught that little walk on video. This remains one of my favorite memories of the GNT!

Thank you all so much! And thank you, AMW for sharing your story. I have so many gay co-workers and friends, and live in an ultra-liberal place, and I sometimes forget how much of the country has a huge problem accepting love in whatever form it takes. I also have a lot of difficulty figuring out how love can cause so much fear and hate. Yet even here, I know that my gay friends are careful with PDA unless they're somewhere considered very safe and accepting, like the Castro. You'd be surprised by how fast a liberal soccer mom turns into a pearl-clutcher when she's at the mall with her kid and sees a same-sex couple holding hands. :-/ I was at a wedding last night (hated to have to tear myself away from the computer!) and I was at a table with two gay male couples and one straight, all people I work with. The straight couple were all over each other, cuddling, kissing, holding hands. The four guys (whom I've known for over ten years) were relaxed and funny but never once touched each other. I finally leaned over and asked one of them if he and his partner would dance once the band started. He told me they had discussed it in the car and decided no, they would never do anything that would jeopardize the wedding or the friend getting married. Imagine having to "discuss" what your appropriate behavior was going to be when you are celebrating with a group of friends. And I was mad because all I had to do was wear heels!

One year ago today I met a shit load of Atopians in Vegas! Too many to name (and remember). Hi everyone Here's to all of you and all of our memories of that beautiful night on the (fake) beach!!! Hi back to you Mariep and the many Atopians in Vegas. MainePF, hope your back is better after a year. Mangokat, cannot believe it has been a year since we had our LV escapade. Miss you babe! Smokey, are you back from your cruise? And Q3, still remember how I just sat there in the living room of our hotel listening to you and absorbing all the pearls of wisdom. Yes, there were so many of us there and it was great. Let me see if I can remember the names in addition to the above (excuse me if I forgot anyone - senior moment and all): SusieFierce, NoAngel, Aloha, Anthrogeek, Didilynne, Squirrely, MariaPF, Crazylady, Rad, that beautiful lady who travelled from overseas (can't remember her name or country but remember how stunning she was). Cannot wait to see you all again for tour#2. NoAngel, I bow to your eloquence and insightful writings. Thanks for making our Sunday mornings worth looking forward to. Not sure if I have any special widsom, but thank you for the kind comment. Vegas concert was just amazing because there were so many Adamtopians there. It might be interesting to pick a centrally located concert (with a good airport hub) on the next tour and do it again. This concert also had a lot of Adam fans from all over the world. Japan, Portugal, Ukraine, and from all over the Americas Florida to California to Vancouver BC to Brazil. Many fans came alone. One guy who was near us drove in from Sacramento. There also were tons of young women -- 13 to 17 years old. And many very dedicated, passionate Adam fans.

Aww, someone at the concert posted about Adam and Sauli blowing kisses at each other at the end of Aftermath. "Sauli leaned forward and blew the kiss and then he just had this huge smile on his face." More here: I think it was just at the end of Aftermath. it's all blurring together a little. Sauli leaned forward and blew the kiss and then he just had this huge smile on his face. I didn't look at him during Outlaw of Love but my sister said he was standing up and leaning way forward the whole song. j.mp/pvhlgW And a gif of the kiss from @illuxxia: twitpic.com/5yv8ey
