If Adam had been upset or embarrassed about forgetting Brian's name, he could have had them re-shoot or delete the clip, so I will chill out about it. Actually, didn't I hear him say something about "reshoot" right after the first "shit"? But i imagine they did clear the clips with him. It was clear that it was just a momentary brain freeze, that he did know Brian, and was impressed with him. It's all good. I have plenty of those brain freezes myself. I wasn't judging Adam, just stating a fact. |

If Adam had forgotten the name in a passing comment, it would come across as more face-palmy. However, because he expounded on the actual conversations with Brian May, we (at least, I am) are left with the notion that Adam well remembers Brian (and his impact on Adam). ETA: G'night, all. AAK! The thread is moving so quickly!
Before I get to the end I just have to squeak in and say staying awake to savor the BTM special was so worth it! I am so full of Adam I won't be able to sleep for awhile. Gorgeous, articulate . . . oh, and the music in the background. There was a melody in the studio at the end . . . just three or four notes . . . that already are beginning to break my heart. Yes, I want it all - - - I would sit for another 24 hours worth if I could. In rapture. Enraptured!

I love the extra bonus clips. It makes me want to see all the other hours of taping that got cut! I agree. Just watched parts 1 - 4 again and like it better 2nd time around. First time thought they concentrated too much on his sexuality, but lots of really good stuff included so on 2nd viewing went from a 6 to an 8.5 out of 10. |
