Sasha tried out for SYTYCD before meeting Adam and made it.. I believe She quit to go on the road with GNT.She's her own person and IMHO probably would like to think her talent gets her our votes. Hi. Sasha didn't quit SYTYCD to go on the GNT. She auditioned for Season 6; the auditions were held in the summer of 2009. The live portions of the show with the top 20 were televised Sept-Dec 2009, so Sasha quit before Sept. At that point, FYE hadn't yet been released, so Adam didn't even know when/how he would be touring. Sasha did say at some point that she quit SYTYCD because of a job offer, but I don't think she ever gave any details about that job. Additional Adam note (and walk down memory lane): Ironically, Adam appeared on the season finale of Season 6. Love this performance, and the suit with the burnt ribbon thing on his shoulder.  |

On the subject of voting for Sasha because Adam said so - this guy is really on a rant about it. t.co/AEDLfde Some people have too much time on their hands. Dude needs to take a chill pill. Sheesh. So Adam tweets about his friend. Doesn't mean Sasha is going to win. Adam tweeted multiple times about Haley Reinhart and she didn't win AI. I think people still have minds of their own and will vote as they choose. Adam is a force of nature in many ways  but his support alone isn't going to determine the outcome on SYTYCD. |

I think I remember Nigel saying that it's not always the best dancer who wins, its the one who connects with the audience the most. Sasha's dancing is good enough to win but we are connected to her through GNT. Why shouldn't we support someone we know. Remember AI8, AR supported their boy now were supporting our girl. This guy has like 14 followers and has tweeted 56 times. Gaga and several judges have said Melanie is their favorite (not to mention a$$hat, Nigel!) That was said in front of millions of SYTYCD fans. I think the only unfair advantage that Sahsa has had is that she is damn FIERCE!!!!! |
