But I know all the PC and DOS shortcuts so well that I am faster on a PC if I have to move stuff around the web or copy-paste fast. I think PC is still my "mother tongue". Maybe someday MAC will seem natural to me.
I currently am working on a PC and on a MAC -- at the same time -- ATop on my MAC and "real" work on my PC. So I guess both are fine with me, and Adam looks glorious on both.

You guys are cracking me up with your sneaky housework ideas! I cleaned houses for ten years for a living when my kids were little and I was putting myself through midwifery training. I learned many many tricks to make housecleaning go very quickly! Now that I am a hopeless Adam addict, these tricks have proved handy to keep my house from falling apart all around me. |

Just catching up but I LOVED Adam's look and I LOVED Adam's dates and I LOVED his singing of mad world and I LOVED his making CG squirm and I LOVED HIS SPEECH!!!!!! (and I'm a discerning kinda girl  ) So all's well with the world. Also love your "cleaning" ideas. *WAVES MADLY AT AMW* MISS YOU GET IT GIRL!!!!! Guess what happened to me today? I got rained on! OMG.. you'all are so bad...but I took notes anyway.. hehe all of these tips and tricks will do wonders next time my Mom is due to arrive.. k.. really going now.. my children are not moving it seems so guess I am going on previously mentioned errands alone.. *sigh* |

I think most of us Mac users started on a PC. I remember being so frustrated with Windows when DOS keyboard strokes seemed so much easier.....change is always annoying and difficult. I think what I love most about my Mac now is the speed with which it loads up and operates....the lack of updates that end up messing the system....and the security. Their power adapter cord is nothing short of genius! When I go somewhere away, I can attach any printer and immediately print...yeah...there are less and less apps that are restricted to PC's...

Someone wrote that Adam and Sauli kiss all the time in public. Why can't we have a picture of them kissing. I would certainly love to see the two of them liplocked. I am totally in love with their love story, and since I am a romantic, I want to see a picture of them kissing. It never bothered Adam to kiss Tommy, and I could care less about seeing a picture of them. But real love - Sauli and Adam - I would swoon to see kissing. Am I crazy? Am I being silly? I can't help it. I am in love with love, and who better to flail over than Sauli and Adam. Somebody get a picture (a nice, romantic picture) of Adam and Sauli kissing. I hope I am not the only one who wants to see this.

Any suggestions about how to make it look like you washed your kitchen floor, cause I really want to skip that this week? ;D Use a Swiffer. takes two swiffer cloths in my kitchen, no sweeping required. Fast - less than 10 m. I wet the Swiffers and use two layers to damp mop. I use them that way on the hardwood floors, too. It's, also, easier to get one of the kids to do it the Swifter way. The real Wet Swiffers are too wet for a fast job or the hardwoods. |

Wow - am I the only one here who loves my PC? Just curious... are any of you Mac lovers Engineer/Tech types? Do all of you live near an Apple Store? lol, I think why they like Macs is that you almost never have to go to a store since they are difficult to corrupt. But I'm a PCer. It's always been needed for work. Luckily I have an in house tech even if he is a Mac guy. But I am trying to figure out the pad situation. Needed for web surfing, online gaming, and maybe some schooling. You all have ipads? eta-fixed quote |
