Whoever took those pictures, the result is a big WIN for Adam because he looks great riding that jet ski-cool, in charge, sexy and very, very fine. Like the perfect jet ski jet setter,

Hello, I pretty much lurk here, I asked this a couple of days ago, so don't know if this was asked or answered yet, but I have a question for Q3, concerning the live DVD. I remember you saying that concert DVD's don't sell well, especially not in the US but will probably sell more overseas. I remember you saying something about any product sent to stores by RCA have to sell well to set Adam up for his next releases (ie not having a lot of returns), I was just wondering how much can we expect this CD to sell that will be profitable, I don't know what RCA's budget, and expectations are for this project, but don't know if anything within the 20k-100k range will be too high or too low, not knowing how much DVD's typically sell. Did this question get answered? Because I am curious as well. Definitely NOT Q3 (and every time I try to do my hair to look like her, it just ends up looking like a stupid pointy pyramid, dammit) but I remembered some discussion of this some days back (2/16) and went to find it. Q3 sounded optimistic about DVD profits: Speaking of the DVD - we were, weren't we? How do these live concert DVD's usually sell? IOW-how many units sold would it take to make the project a success? Worry-wart me wants enough sold to make TPTB happy because evidently they listened when Adam's fans clamored and even petitioned for a concert DVD. I hope the demand is there - the only gauge I have is watching the Amazon listing and it isn't doing real great there at the moment. Perhaps it will sell more when the release date is closer. I'm like that little doggie on the TV commercial who worries about his bone. worry.worry.worry. that's me. You ought to worry about something else. This will make money. We do not know the cost structure on this but VEVO funding the filming and editing . So the cost to RCA/Adam is any extras plus packaging and manufacturing, and distribution. They will cover costs and make money with just the AO.com sales as far as I can tell. The fact that they are distributing this at Retail in the US and selling it in many country ensures that this will make money. Plus, it indicates that RCA believes in Adam and this project. Think this one is a slam dunk. Dunno if this answers your question, Marie23, but hopefully it helps! Or Q3 can jump in and set me straight.

A hotel like this would not allow paps, and these photos are too good to have been taken from behind the bushes or whatnot. Two things: One, I think you underestimate the power of a telephoto lens on an professional camera. Have you ever seen the size of those things? Two, the resort owns the bungalow but not the ocean. A certain number of feet of the shore is considered part of the ocean. This is international law. How do the fancy resorts combat this? They block off the entrance to the beach. If you found a public footpath, and had the balls, there would be nothing stopping you from plunking your beach towel on the shore of any fancy hotel you desire. If you watch the video of The St. Regis, it is isolated and there are no places for paps to tie up a boat since all the docs are private, plus, just like the Keys, the water is very shallow quite a distance out. When illegal immigrants sneak into the Keys, they jump off way out in waist deep water and walk in. I've stayed at Little Palm Island a few times when there were celebrities there and it would have to be an extremely resourceful pap to find a way to get pictures anywhere near the place. www.littlepalmisland.com/LittlePalmIsland_Gallery.aspxBy the way, those of you who are jealous of Adam's BoraBora trip and can't go, this would be closer and more affordable, not terribly affordable, but relatively so and it's beautiful.

Like the perfect jet ski jet setter, I agree with this. I would think that Adam would want these pictures splashed (hee!) all over the Internet because they are very impressive. Even a non-fan would have to say, "Wow!" Thank you, midwifespal, for bringing that previous answer about the DVD here. I didn't see it the first time and it makes me happy!

Aw...I love that audition vid, everything about it-his look, his perfect voice, his charm, his confidence, his interaction with all of the judges and the warm, loving way he hugs Leila at the end. It doesn't get any better than that.

I never could figure out what was "theatrical" about that audition. The vocie was so perfect. Adam was so understated. WTF were Kara and Simon talking about!
