Don’t forget, that social media is a tool for Adam: he needs it to promote himself. And first of all he wants to be seen as a singer. If he would only post a quarter of what his dad and brother post about politics, that would take away from that. Plus, I simply cannot see Adam rambling on about politics like they do. He has his opinion and voices it, when it’s important to him. I‘m completely fine with that. I would image they have some lively conversations when they get a chance to really talk. He is lucky to have a father and brother that share his political outlook. It’s a very trying time especially if you are a member of a family where some have polar opposite views. These are not normal times.

A bit OT - and late in today's postings - but...that red Chinese airline is a real thing - it's Hainan Airlines which flies directly to & from Beijing to San Jose CA (non-stop) daily - most of the time it looks like any other airline, but one time I watched this panda-decorated one come into to San Jose. My interest in this particular airline is that I'm planning to fly to Beijing later this year to visit my son who is currently teaching ESL in Beijing. When I saw that plane with all its pandas, I thought - I hope I can fly on that one - the "panda plane" - LOL!

Totally OT but ... I flew Hainan once -- not to Beijing but to Guangzhou. I did not get a "panda plane" but it was an excellent airline experience. Have a great trip.

I think she's saying that he doesn't post political comments often....at least compared to other celebrities or industry people who are quite more vocal on social media....some incessantly IMO. I think it's fair to say that he's probably interested to some extent....but not close to the extent of Eber and Neil. Thank you, bama, you got my meaning exactly right. Obviously Adam has political views, like any other person, but to me it seems he is either too careful or just doesn’t care enough to take a stand. Frankly, this disappoints me, as he does have some visibility and would be heard...after all it is our duty to try and save this country and probably the world... I actually like that Adam is not so political on twitter. He has his views every now and them. But he doesent try to force them down his followers throats. He has more important things to worry about.

It can backfire if a celebrity talks about and pushes too hard for a political topic. You create resistance (and as someone up-thread said, people stop listening). It can end up hurting more, than it helps. From my perspective it is smarter to make your point, people know your where you stand, what you're about and then live by example: walk the walk!
One thing I value about Adam is, that from my point of view, he takes responsibility as a public figure and voices his opinions. When he sees fit and needed. I do not for one moment think Adam "holds back" in order to not seem "too" political. He takes a stand when he thinks it is important to make yourself heard.

Since Adam is going to be on the Kyle and Jackie O show...I looked up past shows on YT. Most are just audio. He's been on numerous times since 2012. This one is typical silly radio talk. I can see some resemblance to Eber in Adam's facial expressions here, especially his mouth.
