I really hope those are not supposed to be song lyrics. If they are and even if they are just musings, it is hard to overlook a good bit of hypocrisy in the rhyme versus his own IG habits. Both in what he posts but especially in who he tends to follow and the images that he likes. And maybe that is the point, at some level, we are all guilty of being vain, of wanting more, of wanting to be recognized and singles out as someone special. Or maybe he was just stoned and thought it was profound. Ie beats the shit out of me.

You think Adam is not interested in politics? !!! !!! I think his past tweets say otherwise. I think she's saying that he doesn't post political comments often....at least compared to other celebrities or industry people who are quite more vocal on social media....some incessantly IMO. I think it's fair to say that he's probably interested to some extent....but not close to the extent of Eber and Neil. Thank you, bama, you got my meaning exactly right. Obviously Adam has political views, like any other person, but to me it seems he is either too careful or just doesn’t care enough to take a stand. Frankly, this disappoints me, as he does have some visibility and would be heard...after all it is our duty to try and save this country and probably the world...

I think Adam has made his political views known on many occasions. He was the only Idol (I noticed) who signed his name to the stop the gun violence and gun control push that a lot of celebrities signed up for. He has been vocal about LGBT rights when HeWhoCannot amed and *&@^# tried to make a joke of it. He spoke eloquently at the resistance rally. He spoke up about not treating all Muslims as terrorists. He let fans know that he supported Hillary. He sang a tribute for the Orlando massacre victims. He supported and preformed at a fundraiser for Marriage Equality. He has done AT&T spots for LGBT awareness. Performed with Cindi Lauper to raise money for shelter for LGBT homeless youth. It Gets Better campaign. He has performed in parts of the world where it is dangerous to be LGBT. His presence sent a message and support, even if he were not free to say anything. Imo, he has done a lot to lend his voice but there is a balance. Some celebrities talk so much about everything that people tune out and stop listening. And he cares but I don't expect him to be the one to change the mess or save the world. But he does have a voice and his impact has been felt more than Neil's, even if Neil is the more vocal one when it come to politics.

LOL... What's with these guys filming themselves in the mirror. This is the same bathroom we got the Sauli mirrored underware selfie. LOL. LOL! And they do it in Adam's house. IDGI. Maybe they are trying to help him sell the place.

I love that Adam isn't afraid to share his political and social opinions when the mood strikes him. I do think he's aware of the fact that his fans span the political spectrum (also globally), and I feel that he doesn't mind that as long as his fans don't mind him being equally himself in the matter? I also get the sense that he perhaps feels less comfortable in posting as much as his father and brother because he probably feels less informed and inadequately educated on these topics, despite having strong opinions and being innately more invested than they are in some areas (like LGBT rights). That might be why he doesn't post as much as they do, although I think he still posts well enough and earnestly on the various subjects when he takes a minutes to tweet or IG a text post. EDIT: Or what @lurleene said, much better than I.

Don’t forget, that social media is a tool for Adam: he needs it to promote himself. And first of all he wants to be seen as a singer. If he would only post a quarter of what his dad and brother post about politics, that would take away from that.
Plus, I simply cannot see Adam rambling on about politics like they do. He has his opinion and voices it, when it’s important to him. I‘m completely fine with that.
Edit: I DO think as well, that Adam is in some ways/interests very different from Eber and Neil: He‘s an artist. I don’t think that he’s as interested in politics as them. In the beginning, he didn’t even want to „carry the flag“ for the LGBT-community. He‘s grown into it and sees the need to speak up from time to time. But I don’t think, that he thinks about politics all the time, like Eber seems to.

Neil can afford to be more blunt as his reach and exposure to kickback is not so large. Adam usually does a very good job of threading that needle of saying what he wants or needs to say without pissing half of his fandom population off.
