Yeah the VMA's wasn't that good this year, but what got me too was how tepid the audience was, like they were utterly bored to be there.

Q3 don't some of your many sources have an idea of when Adam's CD/single will be released? No one knows anything except the single will not be released until mid- to late October, and the album is TBD. I am told there are no release dates set yet -- for either. |

Hey Topians! Just checking in from the Playa. I can access the internet occasionally, and I just saw the 'live stream' posted - - - DH and I rode our bikes past the scene only minutes ago! A little windy and dusty in the afternoon; and hot! The art is beyond description. Saving mementos for Hoopla!! Came in on Saturday evening. The line was longer than we expected; but the sunset and the summer evening provided a glorious backdrop. Everyone was outside their campers/cars/trailers and we were all so excited! Yes; our vehicle was inspected; as all are. The greeters were the best part - - they came for only one purpose - - - to welcome us home. Tears of joy! Want you to know I'm lurking as I can; but - if it is to believed - I can hardly find time to check in; this experience is so absurdly, outrageously, full of love and joy and discovery and brilliance!  and this is the road where we all go after Adam's new album is ready.   And this is the only wise road to take now since any others may or may not lead us where we want to go. Speculation is just that, speculation. That's why we thought we knew but we don't. Just wasting gas. |

I like than an indie, viral vid was recognized, but have MAJOR issues with his message. 2) A lot of you asked about my shoes. They were not designer! They cost me $20! I am a recessionista. 3) Yes, Jessie J's full songs were performed during the commercial breaks. Shame most of that did not make the air. 4) Judy McGrath, whom Dave Grohl thanked, is the ex-CEO of MTV Networks. She worked her way up since 1981 & left this year. End of an era. 5) No, there was not enough rock on VMAs. Other than Brian May w/Gaga, Young The Giant, & Lil Wayne (sorta), there were NO guitars at all!
