Gelly14 - 20,000 pictures ?! You must have the world's best labelling and filing system!! How on earth do you find any one picture?
Would you be willing to share your filing secrets with those of us who have far fewer pictures and still have trouble finding a specific picture?

I don’t have the best labeling system, thank you for your kinds words but sub files help a lot. To give you an example I have a photoshoot file and inside I have separate files for each photoshoot, I have a TV appearances-performances file and inside I have separate files for Leno, Ellen, Letterman, the idol stuff I have each song in sub files etc. At first all my photos were only in simple files photoshoots, GN tour etc ,the last couple of months I have them more organized and my good memory helped me a lot to put them in sub files.
My Adam stanning wouldn’t allow me for 2 years now to do it earlier. :
The pre idol stuff is hard i have a lot to do there, and of course I have some silly files like “face” or “GB” but these are just a few. The other day hoopla made me do a “chest” file LOL.
And also I have a pretty good collection from each concert of the GN tour from all over the world and the US each city one file. The GN tour file is the largest file of all.
Only very few cities are not covered properly.
I’m sure there are some mistakes and i'm sure i have a small amount of duplicates but the majority is right. That’s about it.

Gelly - Thanks for taking time to answer me! I have made an attempt to put my pictures into files, but they are only very broad files ("GNT", "Idol" etc.) I really like your idea of sub files within the files and I'm going to take some time during this quiet (??) Adam time to see if I can follow your example and become a little more organized. I've often been frustrated because I don't know where to look.
