The hater post has been deleted -- and looks like it was posted by a troll, not a fan. I really wish people would not repost (what @ferilambert did on Instagram) this hater posts rather than linking to the original. Whatever --- Adam is not perfect but he is not pretentious. We all know this is BS. I would never call Adam pretentious, but I wouldn’t call the original poster (you call him/her „hater“ 🤔) a troll either. After I found „ferilambert“‘s post, I checked what was up. That guy’s account was still open and his story complete. He was at the event yesterday. He posted 3-4 stories with Adam (plus others). All with hearts and nice comments. We even have them in yesterday’s thread. Something (that isn’t our business) must have gone wrong between him and Adam after the show. That „hate-post“ came completely out of the blue. The thing, that is not OK is, that he posted about is anger. But is that really a crime? Maybe Adam came across as being pretentious. I saw a lot of little videos with people wanting pictures with him or talk to him. Maybe it was just enough. Or he didn’t even realize, that this person wanted something from him and went away. We don’t know. And it doesn’t really matter. I just wanted to explain, that he didn’t look like a troll or hater. Up to that single post, he really seemed to adore Adam. We are all humans. But reposting his little story on an account with a lot of Adam-Fans to rally the troops, was the biggest fault, IMO. Cause that doesn’t help Adam at all, as someone else had already stated. |

I hope somehow someone shares the entire GLAAD performance with us - I love them both (Adam and Melissa) but it seems like I don't like them so much together..... I want to see a good video of the beginning. Adam sounded great in his lower register. I didn’t like the belting parts that much. Especially together they sounded off in parts IMO. I loved Adam duetting on „Girl Crush“ though. |

shimoli710 I‘ve seen this about an hour ago. It’s from that guys Instagram-story. I don’t know, if the crossed-out picture is still there. BUT an earlier story showed, that he filmed Adam singing „I‘m the only one“ and the guy wrote „I❤️him“ or something like that. He really seemed to be a fan. The last pic of the story is the one you posted. My guess: The guy wanted something (interview/ picture/ autograph...?) from Adam and didn’t get it. His big „crush“ let him down and now he‘s angry. Let him be. It’s his opinion, posted in a tiny story. Adam can never satisfy everybody. The worst about it is, that some Glamberts now make a big fuss about it. 🙄 Edit2: His Account is now private, after about 30 Glamberts attacked him. Some of it was really ugly, including threads of violence. 😬👎 Edit1: Here are the guy’s s earlier insta-stories (now deleted): (They were some of the earliest in yesterday’s thread). I think you are right about him being Adam's fan (formerly fan now it seems). And I agree about the possible reason of him being angry. I didn't comment on his IG. And if I had I wouldn't have attacked him like that. Anyway reading those posts and comments other people and celebrities from that evening - gushing about Adam, seying how nice and down to earth he was, I don't blame those Glamberts being so upset. Something probably happened there (we don't know what). Still, reaction of that 'fan' seems weird and too overreacting to me. |

Did they try to "out-belt" each other? It may have sounded differently from the live audience's perspective, and we haven't heard the full song yet, but as of now I am not crushing as hard as I did when Adam sang with Leona Lewis at the CMAs a while ago. Two very different songs of course. Some things just translate better in front of a live audience---and this moment is probably one of them. Bet it was fun for the people there in the room. I love song. I really want to hear a recording of the whole thing. I have a feeling the verses were more true to the original. |
