Thanks zinnia for answering my question! They ARE delicious lol! I cook them and the minute I cook them, hot and crunchy they disappear lol, I don't have the time to place them on the dinner table! That's why I use olive oil and not butter or margarine but still they are not as healthy as the ones in the oven. I understand that they are healthier in the oven but I don't care , at least for now. ;D LOL You know, there is cultural difference :D. Frying or cooking in the olive oil is not traditionally a Finnish thing to do. I use olive oil in salads and in some oven cooked dishes only. Olive oil is more expensive than sunflower oil or rapeseed oil, those two oils are the ones most used for cooking here, when needing oil for something.

Zinnia ` Thanks for answering my question! I wonder if Adam does read the things peeps post on Sauli's blog? Surely they know that some of the peeps responding are Glamberts. That's why I don't feel like I should ask a question there, because this is Sauli's blog for his fans. Although I think he is adorable, and the best thing ever for Adam, I am not HIS fan, I am Adam's fan. I think that his blog should be for his fans, does that make sense? Just me....... Although I really enjoy reading what he has to say, and he seems like a wonderful guy. I will starting giving hits to his site when I read the translations yall do. And thanks again for all your & Mia's hard work on this, we all appreciate it so much! HUGS!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure Adam has told him all about Glamberts LOL. And he is smart enough to know not all are there because of him but because of Adam. I see no problem asking him about anything - he chooses if he will answer or not. Nobody knows if Adam reads those comments in Sauli's blog, but they might discuss about them anyway if S tells him about them or asks something about regarding the comments. They know what they are doing with us and they are playing with us, I think. Pics in blogs, little tit bits about their life etc. They are in this together, teasing. I can speak for both of us - Mia and myself - that we are here for Adam too, but Sauli is a nice bonus since we both like him too LOL. We've met him in RL and he really is a nice and cute guy with a presence.

Hi you all asking questions - just wanted to say that I'm no expert in anything and when I answer a question it's from my Finnish point of view only - based on things I've read, heard, found out, experienced myself etc. So when you read my messages, remember they are just from the poor old Zinnia :D - not from someone who Knows Everything and is Always Right. Thank you .

Gosh you are awesome...I get up check this link first and there are my questions answered...setting a precendent!!! NO...don't worry about that...won't be expecting prompt service every time!!! Just lucky to get any answers from you, as real life does actually creep into our fanning/stanning day. So I gather Katri is a credible journalist...more on the print side but with video opportunities for the on line services they offer. Thanks that answers that. Just had to ask...wondering if she was following some hockey player around to different games, I mean he could have been a friend of the family She interviewed the Finnish player in LA (I sensed no connection other than professional with him). But then she went to a hockey game in Vancouver as well as the LA game...(which Sauli was totally not interested in). That is what got me curious. Hockey is probably the biggest sport in Canada. Enjoy the rest of your day...going for a work-out. appreciate, stampsgal

She's also worked on a TV morning program and news some time, before her IS career. Right now among her usual work she's video interviewing our President candidates for her paper, taped at the same set they do Tutka's. She is usually pretty good in that kind of interviews. Her knowledge of hockey was practically nil - so I doubt a closer player connection LOL. She interviewed Teemu Selänne who is well known and popular in Finland, and also Saku Koivu, Tony Lydman and Jarkko Ruutu. All in Anaheim's team. She was pretty envolved with hockey in Vancouver according to her blogs, so I wondered too what's up at that end.

Just need to make a comment on Sauli's meatballs. I make meatballs, from scratch, all the time and I don't see how his recipe is going to keep the meatballs from falling apart without egg and/or bread crumbs! Especially with that much sour cream! Any of you who try his recipe, be sure to come back and post about it!

Maybe your sour cream is different to ours then...? The onion soup mix absorbs some of the liquid but if your sour cream is very liquidy you will probably need to add breadcrumbs, or have less sour cream.

I post little remarks on Sauli's blog, and I will tell you why. I have read little snide remarks with reference to Sauli. You know how some of these younger girls like to dig into people. I don't know if he has ever read them because he does not reveal that. But if he has, I want him to feel welcome in this country. I want him to feel that the people who love Adam love him also because he makes Adam happy. I could care if Adam ever sees anything I write. We have a foreigner in this country, and I want him to know that most Americans are decent, loving people. That is the only reason I would ever post anything on his blog. There are people out there who only write negative comments, and I presume he has come across some of it. I have, and I sure don't go looking for it. I am also sure people post on Sauli's blog for a lot of different reasons. You don't have to be a fan to express your opinion.
