I am VERY proud of myself. I saved only 15 pictures from more than 300 on this album! Do not resist the temptation. As pic masters we must *right-click save* multiple and numerous copies of the same picture no matter what. Know you're asleep but for when you back Gelly

And before I get back to work, just wanted to share lambossesed's tweet treat of the morning. This SYTYCD performance of WWFM with the shoulder "accoutrement" is one of my fav performances evah, lol. That suit! Those spats! And for once, I read what Lamb wrote before watching the vid--all I can say is ITA with everything she said. (Click the link for text and vid.) lambosessedAdam Lambert's "rehabilitative" performance on SYTYCD bit.ly/ALOsytycdHoopla, thanks for posting this! Omg, I forgot how much I loooooved this performance. He sounded unbelievable, and I LOVED his look. And it was so funny at the time to read people's comments raving about the performance and then going..."ummm, what's on his shoulder?!" And the band looked great -- loved seeing Lisa and Longineu again, loved Adam's little smirk after the Tommy bump. And thanks for the link to lambossesed's comments!

Yeah! I'm on the last episode right now! When is the finale, next Sunday? And that GIF is hideously scary, haha. Yep. Though the "brujo/a" witch stuff may be scary its refreshing to see other versions of sorcery other than the typical spellcaster type like Marnie. ETA: Better Gif.

I am on flight delay -- the joys of flying in the 21st century!! I thought by now we would all have those Jetson flying cars. That won't be for at least another 1000 years Q3 ;D

Quoting myself to add this: Whether or not you choose to listen to the program for 2 hours (which includes comments by Juneau and Xena as well, sometimes interrupting what Angelina is saying), DO read the script that Angelina wrote (not a literal transcript like I first thought). While reading it you do not hear the sweet lilt of Angelina's voice or her enthusiastic fangirling, but you have time to think about what she is saying, process it, and then listen to the samples of what she is talking about. Wonderful article to feed us with substance while we wait out the doldrums. Thanks Cassie, I've bookmarked this to read as and when I can savour it properly. A question: do I remember correctly that you posted something about Angelina doing a program on Outlaws of Love? I've become rather enamoured : of this song and would love it, it that's the case. Can you remind me please (or tell me I'm completely bonkers!) Thank you .

Hope you and everyone in the region is alright. Isn't this where Mszue lives? Has anyone heard from her? Pretty sure she is fine, though she may have felt it. I have yet to hear of any reported injuries. Vancouver Island is 460 kilometres (290 mi) long and 80 kilometres (50 mi) wide. The quake was centered just off of the northwestern most coast and Mzsue lives just off of the southeastern coast, so she is fairly far away.

Can you remind me please (or tell me I'm completely bonkers!) Thank you . Yes!!! She is hard at work on that right now. She has plans to talk about the lyrics with Philippa, the English lit professor who did a great job talking about Adam's lyrics on an earlier program. She plans to talk about the musical structure with Elizabeth, her long time accompanist and solo piano performer. She has asked juniemoon to share he impressions and/or her blog. Junie, did you agree??? Angelina and I have already Skyped about the song.... me just kinda fangirling, I guess, can't remember all we chatted about. She may include some of my comments, if they fit the structure. Since she was at the performance, herself, I think she will also talk about the impact of the voice and the song. Angelina is planning on releasing the program on her web site (sound bath) and, on her YT channel on September 15th. I am eagerly waiting to hear what she has put together. I will post the link when it is available.
