YAY! \o/\o/\o/ Finally a question I can answer ;D This photo is from the Auckland, NZ GNT M&G. My photo with him is in this same outfit, but the lady that has been cropped out of this particular photo I have met several times now and she actually is in a wheelchair and a total Adam Bert. That's why he is bending down for the photo. The full picture is on AFL, 2nd page. See what I mean?  |

So, rheimer, what did I not do, or do wrong? And...I have right-clicked on many a gif from here with the intention of inserting it into an email [for showing off purposes] and I cannot get anything other than a link that takes someone to my photobucket acct!! why is that? how do you embed something into a gmail message and have it simply show up? You seem to have some serious techie skills going on here....:-) You didn't do anything wrong. I just downloaded the pic since it wouldn't show and uploaded it to tinypic. And I'm not really a techie so I'm not sure about embeds in emails; never thought of it before. But if you want a link to work just make sure the url is correct and it'll take you to the proper pic and not your account. |

Just watched the latest Project Runway... Does anyone have the designers' tweets to Adam? One of them was about wanting to make a tour outfit for him (yeah, No.), but the other one was... saying something about hearing Adam's new music?
So, I got into speculating... Could the challenge be that a song from #2 was played for them, and they'd have to to design an outfit for Adam to wear in his music video? The episode name "Image is Everything" could go with that.
Or, if the producers didn't want a mens wear challenge, it could be just about designing an outfit inspired by the song. I hope that it's the first one, but would Adam have had a song decided by the time the episode was shot? He must have had ready songs, but there would have been a decision to include on the album then.

Thanks Cassie, I've bookmarked this to read as and when I can savour it properly. A question: do I remember correctly that you posted something about Angelina doing a program on Outlaws of Love? I've become rather enamoured :  of this song and would love it, it that's the case. Can you remind me please (or tell me I'm completely bonkers!) Thank you . Yes!!! She is hard at work on that right now. She has plans to talk about the lyrics with Philippa, the English lit professor who did a great job talking about Adam's lyrics on an earlier program. She plans to talk about the musical structure with Elizabeth, her long time accompanist and solo piano performer. She has asked juniemoon to share he impressions and/or her blog. Junie, did you agree??? Angelina and I have already Skyped about the song.... me just kinda fangirling, I guess, can't remember all we chatted about. She may include some of my comments, if they fit the structure. Since she was at the performance, herself, I think she will also talk about the impact of the voice and the song. Angelina is planning on releasing the program on her web site (sound bath) and, on her YT channel on September 15th. I am eagerly waiting to hear what she has put together. I will post the link when it is available. Thank you |
