LOL guys as soon as I was posting and leaving my office I remembered the interviews he said about releasing the album in the fall and I was actually laughing at myself knowing that I will come back and I will see these interviews being posted to prove me wrong. I have got to learn not posting in a hurry never again. Still, my POV remains the same. Strategies CAN change and no angst. Seoulmate LOLOLOLOL I love you too!!!! lizziegs I absolutely loved your post!!!!! Another optimist here!!

Maybe the November time frame was gonna be OK for an RCA/19 rollout...count heavily on black Friday....but not good enough for his new management. Remember no one liked the way the last roll out was handled. Adam is a visual delight, so let's get him out there. Print & video. Time enough to have a video made....lots of interviews. Adele & Kesha were released early in the year (both Platinum btw). Neither Adele or Kesha were Adele or Kesha until after these albums were released. Looking forward to 2 singles....I can wait. But then again I am not one that needs to read the end of the book, so easy for me to say!

Hello everyone, Busting out of lurking to deal with "2012" I work on Wall Street and know nothing about this business except what I have learned here, but it seems to me that what we need most is a single and that seems to still be on the "in about 8 weeks" time range. Once we have the single we will see Adam everywhere....debut, talk shows, radio interviews etc.,. We will have an album title and presumably a pre order on Amazon and other places. More importantly tHe rest of the world will see him too....and hear him. If there is one thing that has been made crystal clear to us all t is that the first single is critical and this will give Adam and the team the time and focus on the first track that it needs. It's not as if he will sing anything else than the one song on TV for months anyway, even if he had 10 albums out that would be the plan. As for sales, I think for Adam the first week being in the high sales black Friday time frame is just a bit less important as he has us to give a boost to week one. And he will have a chance to chart higher than he would in November. Add to that, the fact that this album will have to last us, and him, for a long time. This timing means he could have had two smash singles and a still high charting album on people's minds just as he starts to tour for the summer... So, bring on the single, and let the games begin! Bows to your post The new time table allows more time for the single to gain steam and will allow the album to debut no. 1 on BB. Much better then the rush job of FYE! (IMO)

Shallow again. When I saw his twitter saying month (ish) the first thing that came to my mind was this interview where the lady is asking him "How many guys or girls have tried to pick you up in Australia?" And his answer is "Guys probably three (ish) ........ So based on this month (ish) I guess when he said three (ish) there must have been A LOT more! Shallow I know ;D I'm just trying to be optimistic as much as I can guys.

(not that I have any choice...) Glamnana - hang in there and get well ASAP!

2012…….My spirit did NOT need that. I forgot to bring my phone into the bedroom last night, so did not hear it when Adam tweeted….a good thing as I probably would not have been able to fall back asleep again, but now in the light of morning and working in the entertainment business, realism sets in. Nothing is ever set in this business, everything changes all the time. That said, I am an ”everything happens for a reason person”, so I will patiently wait for whatever comes our way and support Adam in every way possible. Hope the fandom doesn’t explode into doom & gloom. October is close and a new single will set things right. 8-)
