ghosst_ anni by Scorpios4Adam Awww Sauli said he has a Finnish friend visiting him rn :33 he's so excited and happy :3 Is this when Nikko is supposed to be visiting? If Sauli was up all night visiting with him, that would explain his apparent tiredness in the Tutka vid. Also, people hear a baby in the vid and are wondering if they are babysitting Riff. No, I think it must be someone else. Niko is currently touring Finland with his stunt show.

I'm right there with you, juniemoon, and for all the same reasons. If I didn't have this gut feeling that RCA is 1/2 screwed up over their reorganization. Or if his new management would take the time to put Adam on their f*ckin webpage, I might not have these nagging fears. I honestly don't think I will feel completely better until I see an official announcement for the single. Adam's "October - ish" is too vague and too reminiscent of "late summer, Fall, by the end of the year" for all his album predictions. Sometimes I wish I was blissfully ignorant and had not done all the reading about record labels, radio, & management, in general, over the past 2 years. I understand being disappointed, I REALLY DO, but after looking at some other RCA artists' timelines- I wonder if the two-year expectation between albums was a little unrealistic all along. Chris Daughtry had 30 months between album #1 and album #2, and his first album sold over 5 million copies! IF he release his third album in November, it will be 28 months since his last album. I doubt RCA is trying to screw him over or he is too perfectionistic to get it out on time. His fans have had to wait longer than two years for both his albums and he sells, at least platinum, everytime. Kelly Clarkson's new release is coming out 32 months after her last album. She has stated publically that her album was completely done last June. Her last album went platinum and she, like Adam, is an artist who has a worldwide audience. Her fans have had to wait eight months past the two year mark, knowing that her album was ready to go. Yes, there are the Rihanna's of the pop world who never take a break, but a 28+ month span between albums is not unusual or a death march for artists. Fans of many artists have to wait 2-3 years between albums and artists come back and are welcomed by radio listeners after much longer breaks than 28 months. This isn't injustice of any kind. RCA is not out to screw Adam over, no more than they are out to get Daughtry or Kelly Clarkson. Delays are typical in the music business and RCA is experiencing a complete restructuring. These are hard economic times and they are affecting the business Adam is in.

Yesterday was a tough day. Reading everyone's opinions I had forgotten what my own opinion was and my head was spinning by later afternoon. Said to myself last night that I would take a break from this fandom for a few day but I just cant help myself So today I am just concentrating on the new single coming out soon! Exciting times are ahead!

Looking at the bright side.... Since Adam said he has 30 or so songs written, maybe, just maybe, he'll get Album #3 out within a year of #2. (Uh, oh, is that another dangling carrot?) Yes!!! Considering Daughtry had 70 songs written for his second album and it still took 30 months between albums. His fans are still waiting for his third album...

Hi Guys, I was gone again for a few days, and just caught up on yesterday's news and all the feelings it brought forth. It does seem, as tinafea said, that people are emotionally hung over. Hope people don't mind if I change the subject a bit.
What's up with the pennyroyal peace sign necklace that benefits the Trevor Project? Are fans trying to reach the goal, encouraging one another, or just not putting much energy into it? I noticed that pennyroyal currently says $28,170 has been raised and the goal is $75,000 (to reach the Adam-has-raised-$1Mil-for-charity mark), and there are only a few days left.
As for me, I want to try to push this project along a bit because the Trevor Project deserves the support, Adam wants this necklace to provide them with significant funds, and pennyroyal won't release the key necklace, which so many fans want, until the peace sign necklace reaches its goal (or is it just until it reaches the end of its order period?).
Anyway, I want to offer some encouragement for people to order a peace sign necklace, or, perhaps a second one to use as a gift! I am not a collector type, but I have wound up with a few pieces of Adamobilia that someone may be interested in owning. I am going to offer these things as "premiums" (like PBS or NPR) for necklace orders. I have 2 premiums to offer:
Premium #1: The poster that came with the Acoustic Live album. This poster has never been removed from the shipping tube.
Premium#2: The Rolling Stone magazine (June 25, 2009) with Adam on the cover with snake on his leg AND a group of things from the "pre-party" that was held at the Palomino before the 7/23/10 Glam Nation show at the Warfield in SF. The magazine cover has a small printing flaw, a spot on Adam's neck where the ink is smudged, as if the magazine was placed in a stack before the ink was completely dry. The items from the pre-party are a small poster (has been folded, and never had very good graphics), a post card of Adam blowing a kiss with lightstick with pre-party info photoshopped on his hand, 2 photo buttons (about 2 inch diameter, not the best graphic/production...) a small package of eye of horus temporary tattoos (apparently something made by the On the Meaning Of Adam Lambert people), and 4 lightsticks with "Glam nation SF Warfield 7/23/10" printed on them (2 used/popped, 2 never used).
If someone is interested in purchasing a necklace and receiving one of these premiums, please PM me. Basically, you and I make an agreement, you then purchase from pennyroyal, I mail you the premium.
Wish I had more premiums to offer. I really would like the Trevor Project to get the full $75,000 Adam and pennyroyal had in mind.
peace&love

I just deleted half my post because I am too frustrated. One last word and I am , for the moment, outta here. Please do not pat we poor souls who do not stan too well and feel sorry for our lack of attention span or fickle nature or need for instant gratifiction. The condescension is completely unfair.

*type, delete, type, delete* ...ah screw it Maybe you guys will let me rejoin the "good fan" club when the next single comes out and I can demonstrate suitable enthusiasm. Shall we wear the 'cone of shame'??? All I know, is I have no desire to feel 'squicky', so I'll find the beat I dance best to. Gotta song in mind? ;D Or you could just "Turn it Off, like a light bulb..." www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8uAYcLYEFI The last thing you have here on this board is fans who are "moving on to the next best thing". What you see is fans who are disappointed or upset and they are just talking through their emotions. Most women do that- which is much healthier than suppressing or ignoring how they feel. Fans aren't moving on, they are just working through their feelings. (whatever they may be)
