I am lucky that Vancouver is the closest venue to me but most of Canada is shunned this trip out...sorry Stampsgal... Just woke up!!!! and saw the news...YUP! SCORNED! haha If I go -just as your cartoon showed last night...flights/hotel all apart of the QAL experience --- money flies out of the wallet!1st tour the hit our province--my city, Calgary, and Edmonton, 2nd tour just Edmonton. This planned 3rd tour neither!!! It is a new stadium, no schedule conflict that I saw. OH WELL! Lots of relations in Vancouver...and open invitations to get to lake homes. But I would stay close to the venue around concert day, if I go! We will see. Actually....that is Stampede week is it not...likely the stadium is not available...too bad, what a crowd they could bring in that week!!! and Edmonton days is the next week isn't it...hmmm...bad timing

Adam has had to put up with this BS since the beginning. First it was Kris Allen fans & Danny Gokey fans, Clay Aiken fans then Freddie fans now Mark Martel fans . None of it has stopped him. There are plenty of us who love and support him. His career has kept going despite the fools who get a kick out of putting him down. WELL, Adam has the last laugh! He just goes, on and on and on!!!! LOVE IT!! LOL! And believe it or not, some KA fans are still at it with comments that without Queen Adam's career is no better than KA. In their dreams. But what is really funny is that they knock him at every chance then wish to use him to prop up their guy. When it was announced that Clay and Ruben were doing a Christmas concerts on Broadway together, KA fans hoped that Kris, Allison and Adam would do something like that. Clay and Ruben don't have much going for themselves so it makes sense for them to team up. But why would Adam want to get tied to Kris and Allison (really like her tho) when there would be no upside for him? Kris has his career and Adam has his. They are in different worlds with success, name recognition and financially. And hard to know what is going on with MM fans. If Brian and Roger wanted him to front Queen, they could have gone with him. They didn't. Time to let that dream go. And time for me to just enjoy all the good things happening for Adam.

twitter.com/outmagazine/status/1069663306581925893Out Magazine @outmagazine #Glamberts rejoice! ✨ #AdamLambert will tour North America again with Queen, starting July 10. www.out.com/popnography/2018/12/03/adam-lambert-going-tour-queen-again?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=popnography … If Bohemian Rhapsody wasn’t enough for you, get ready for the “Rhapsody Tour. Queen is back. In the wake of the blockbuster — but controversial — film Bohemian Rhapsody, the band is going back on the road for a North American tour. With 23 dates, the arena tour will kick off July 10 in Canada before snaking its way through the United States. Adam Lambert, who has been fronting the group since 2012, will return along with founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor. “This is a great opportunity,” May said in a release. “Our last tour featured our most ambitious production ever, and got us our best notices ever. So we decided to rip it apart and get even more ambitious! Watch out, America!” And America is certainly well primed. Just one month after the film, which is one of the highest grossing music biopics of all time, the Rhapsody Tour is sure to capitalize on a resurgence of enthusiasm. According to Lambert, the band has been “designing a brand new visual spectacle that will reframe these iconic songs.” That’s likely refreshing for fans of his own solo career as the former American Idol winner finalist hasn’t released original music of his own since 2016. “Adam is a real gift from God,” May said. “He’s a voice in a billion. Nobody has that range — nobody that I’ve ever worked with — and not just the range but the quality throughout the range. I’ve seen Adam develop just like I watched Freddie develop.” Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, December 7 on LiveNation.com, with fan presales beginning Thursday, December 6 at 10 AM. Complete tour and ticket details can be found at QueenOnline.com.

So excited about the tour but it's always announced at the worst possible time, LOL. I know it's silly but it's before the holidays and it's more stressful at least for me. Bonus: The LA show is on Brian's 72nd birthday! I thought about that as a possible downside last night before the announcement and they probably gave it a lot of thought but decided to try and catch fans before they spent all their Christmas money. Plus, give people an option for a great gift to themselves and loved ones. When you know that your concerts will be in great demand from people who have just seen the movie, budgeting tickets is probably not taken into consideration. Or, it might be that they think tickets will be great Christmas gifts for those now enamoured by Queen after the movie.
