LOL I willed it into existence!! HAHAHAH Now I just gotta will into existence the following other things: He releases the single tomorrow. He releases the album tomorrow. The album is a worldwide multi platinum smash. He performs on every major tv show and award show with nary a ninja roll in site. He wins a shit ton of awards for the album. He grows even more eccentric and adopts a pet chimpanzee named Professor Squiggles and moves into a sprawling estate named Glitterland Ranch.*thinks really, really hard*  Too be honest I think one of those might actually be true, maybe not multi/triple platinum album, but maybe 2-3mil worldwide at least. (well at least that's what I'm hoping for.  Wait...isn't 2 to 3 mill multi platinum? I mean don't you hit platinum at a million? So if he sold 2 to 3 mill world wide it would be multi platinum no? lol at my super srs hypothetical getting ahead of myself line of conversation... |

"Fag Hags", liking someone because they are gay -these are all things we have to get over as the times change and we assimilate into a society that is equal, where discrimination against anyone for anything doesn't exist. I wonder if it will ever really happen. It just seems there is always someone or something to discriminate against. Life has been such a battle. I have been through it all, and the older you get you realize that it was all so senseless and ignorant. All those battles over what color you had to be to use the bathroom or sit at a lunch counter. Why oh why can't we see how much alike we all are no matter how we choose to live our lives?

But from my understanding, thresholds for gold, platinum etc., is different per country and depends on the country's population for the most part. Ie. In USA, 1mil is platinum, and 500k is gold, in Canada platinum is 80k and 40k is gold, Germany it's 300k for platinum, (or is that UK?) or something like that, and so on. If he sold 2-3mil in the USA along that would be 2-3 times platinum, but 2-3 mil worldwide is just 2-3mil world wide. I'm not that great at explaining things but I hope this helps. |
