So happy for all the accolades Adam is receiving for him performance of "Believe." And he always gets that reaction when he throws down and sings but unfortunately they don't get to hear him do that a lot on US tv. Maybe and hopefully this will be a turning point for him. Can't wait for his Queen influenced material cause I think he knows what the world wants and has been waiting for from him. He will deliver. But it is so great to see such a wonderful reaction for a man with talent that far exceeds what you get on the radio today. So happy for him.
So from what we hear ABC, and CBS talked about and showed clips of Adam's performance. But NBC only did Kelly. Their loss cause everyone is talking about Adam.

twitter.com/TooFab/status/1078323084338384897TooFab @toofab Watch @adamlambert's INCREDIBLE performance that left @cher feeling "overwhelmed": trib.al/ES439kNAdam Lambert brought Cher to tears while performing "Believe" at the Kennedy Center Honors. During the Washington, D.C., ceremony, which was held on Dec. 2 but was televised on Wednesday, the "American Idol" alum hit the stage and put a beautiful spin on Cher's 1998 hit record. As Lambert sang the famous tune as a soulful ballad, the audience, like Cher, was so emotionally invested there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Cher began to tear up when the current Queen frontman reached the bridge (around 2:57). However, Lambert really blew Cher and the audience away when he busted out a mind-blowing high note at 3:18. Cindi Lauper also made a surprise appearance at the Kennedy Center Honors to pay tribute to Cher. Lauper sang "If I Could Turn Back Time," before she and Lambert teamed up to sing Sonny and Cher's hit "I Got You Babe." Get those tissues ready and watch the clips below.

After ten years, Adam is still a hidden treasure. Hard to believe, isn't it? Somehow, when it comes to lots of network TV, he too often gets overlooked. This performance showed millions of people what they have been missing. So many people don't see him, don't hear him, don't get a chance to fall in love with him as we have. There is so much buzz about this performance. (lurleene, love your comment abut NBC only doing Kelly). Adam needs every breakthrough he can get. This audience in the room was full of A-list celebs, performers, politicians, etc. I think Adam left a profound impression on a lot of people. Maybe some new opportunities will come of it. Are you listening, Lin-Manuel Miranda?

twitter.com/Queerty/status/1078322140665901056Queerty @queerty Adam Lambert had everyone (including Cher) sobbing with his performance at the Kennedy Center Honors bit.ly/2LzWHwR Adam Lambert left the whole room in tears with his emotional cover of Cher’s “Believe” performed at the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors, which aired last night on CBS. Seriously, the whole room. As well as living rooms across America. The 41st annual celebration of the arts was held on December 2 and hosted by Gloria Estefan. It aired last night on CBS. In addition to Cher, the 2018 Honorees included none other than country music superstar Reba McEntire, composer and pianist Philip Glass, jazz saxophonist and composer Wayne Shorter, and the three co-creators of the hit Broadway musical Hamilton. Performers from the night included Cyndi Lauper and Kelly Clarkson among others. But it was Adam Lambert who stole the show and left everyone, including Cher, speechless. twitter.com/gayboybible/status/1078323189611196422

Are you listening, Lin-Manuel Miranda? I have always thought he’d make a great King George in Hamilton but he’s probably too busy for even a guest appearance. I want him on those film producers A list.
