Do you believe, they will unblock it? I can’t see one single video on their channel, that isn’t older than 3 months. And now, they’ve blocked every other video of yesterday’s performances. No one outside of the US can see it. (Apart from a few Glamberts like us, who got lucky thanks to other fans, who share their videos. ) I believe Adam that they are working on it but Shosh also replied again that it might be legal reasons. They might not have a license to share over the whole world. Yes, I read that. But why the heck, are they blocking every fan upload, even when the titles and CBS aren’t even mentioned? And the art is asking them not to block it. That’s so unnecessary.

twitter.com/people/status/1078372693408391171People @people Watch Adam Lambert's Emotional Rendition of 'Believe' Bring Cher to Tears peoplem.ag/CdURPMPCher is probably wishing she could turn back time so she could watch Adam Lambert cover her 1998 mega-hit all over again. During 2018 Kennedy Center Honors — which took place earlier this month and aired on CBS Wednesday — the American Idol alum, 36, performed “Believe” as a tribute to the Moonstruck actress, 72, who was a guest of honor at the services (along with Reba McEntire, composer Philip Glass, saxophonist Wayne Shorter and the cast of Hamilton). Lambert’s version was much slower and more like a ballad than the original, which quickly became a dance club anthem. Towards the end of his rendition, cameras panned to the music icon herself, who could be seen rubbing tears from her eyes.

Best way to see geoblocked vids is to get a VPN. Of course there are ways. But only hardcore fans will use these. Everybody else sees a blank page and moves on.

twitter.com/idolator/status/1078368689072848902idolator @idolator He really did *that.* @adamlambert brought @cher to tears with an evocative cover of her timeless anthem "Believe": idola.to/2Q2nqmxAdam Lambert delivered an awe-inspiring cover of Cher’s timeless “Believe” for Kennedy Center Honors. The 36-year-old was selected to pay tribute to the living legend during the gala, which took place earlier in the month but was broadcast on CBS last night (December 26). For his rendition, he transformed the anthem into an orchestral ballad. The final result is glorious to behold. His voice grew in power and eventually peaked with a note that had the Dancing Queen diva mouthing “wow” in the audience. After the performance aired, she took to Twitter to share her praise. “Tried 2 write Feelings About Adam Lambert Singing Believe In Words, but Cant seem 2.When Your senses are Overwhelmed All Can you feel with your ❤️,” she gushed. She shared an equally sweet message about Cyndi Lauper, who performed “If I Could Turn Back Time.” “I Was Shocked AND Over The MOON When Cindi (Lauper) came out Rocking the house. Shocked Because SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS IN LA.” That’s not all though. Little Big Town put together a medley of some of her biggest hits, and Mama Mia co-star Amanda Seyfried reflected on the icon’s impact. Others who were recognized at the event included Reba McEntire, Philip Glass, Wayne Shorters and the creators of Hamilton. Kelly Clarkson delivered another of the night’s must-see performances. The Meaning Of Life hitmaker did justice to a cover of “Fancy.” It got her a double thumbs up from McEntire and a standing ovation. Esquire @esquire If your eyes don't well up, do you even believe in life after love? esqr.co/7RF52xPIf Adam Lambert's Cover of Cher's 'Believe' Doesn't Make You Tear Up, Then You Have No Heart The American Idol runner-up delivered a stripped-down rendition of the pop diva's '90s dance hit at the 2019 Kennedy Center Honors. On Wednesday night, CBS aired the 2019 Kennedy Center Honors, the annual celebration of the performing arts that typically includes some show-stopping musical performances that will have your parents returning to YouTube over and over again to watch them. (Past stand-outs: Bettye Lavette's cover of The Who's "Love Reign O'er Me," and Aretha Franklin's bombastic performance of Carole King's "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman.") This year, honorees included Reba McEntire, Wayne Shorter, Philip Glass, Hamilton writer/star Lin-Manuel Miranda, director Thomas Kail, choreographer Andy Blankenbuehler, and music director Alex Lacamoire. But the grand finale was dedicated to honoree Cher, with American Idol runner-up and current Queen frontman Adam Lambert delivering a powerful and emotion rendition of her number-one single, "Believe." "Believe" is, of course, known for the assertive use of Auto-Tune (and for setting the record for the oldest female artist to take the top spot on the Hot 100). But while Cher's original is a pulsing dance track, Lambert's cover is a stripped-down, emotional ballad—which even brought the mononymous singer to tears. If your eyes don't well up during this, then you definitely do not believe in life after love. Little Big Town was on hand to perform a medley of Cher's early songs, and '80s pop icon Cyndi Lauper also took the stage—and got the stuffy Kennedy Center crowd on its feet—with a rocking performance of Cher's hit, "If I Could Turn Back Time." (Lauper's appearance even surprised Cher, who shouted from the balcony, "You told me you were going to Los Angeles!" "I lied," Lauper shrugged.) As a finale, Lauper and Lambert joined forces to sing the duet that made Cher—and her late ex-husband Sony Bono—international superstars: "I Got You Babe."
