Amazing! I see it did about 31 million Foreign this week so getting to 800 mil won't be a big problem I think. See stats I posted two days ago: adamtopia.com/post/894219/threadUS is about 4 million per week. It's also doing quite some more than A Star Is Born was doing in the same week so it's catching up there. The question is will it be around long enough to pass? While big Numbers in the UK ($60 Mil, population 60 mil), Japan ($55.3mil, population 127 Mil) and possibly the USA ($189 mil, population 326 Mil) were expected Some other countries posted surprisingly (for me) enormous numbers! South Korea is at $65 Mil (population 51.5 Mil) - look at the ratio! France $30.9 (population 67 Mil) Australia $27.7 Mil (population 24.6 Mil) -ratio! Spain $23.5 Mil (population 46.5 Mil) Italy -opened almost a month later than the rest, already $20 mil (population 60 Mil)... i am am sure there are other countries with very impressive ratios, I looked at the largest $numbers only... and of course I have no idea what the ticket prices are in various countries, so the $gross/population ratio idea could be totally invalid... let’s see if Oscars will give a nod, its effect will be interesting to watch... also interesting that the number of theaters in the US increased a little from the low of 700 to 868 this last weekend.

I am sure somebody can correct any misconceptions that I have about the notice that Adam is available for hire for private events, etc.... I know he was entertainment for a private party recently. But when I read that he was for hire, it seemed a bit reductive to me, given the nature of Adam’s stardom, I don’t see how advertising or performing events such as these can be seen to contribute to his ascendency. After all, he was referred to as an A-Lister in some publication during these past few wonderful days! I hope he saw this article. No more referring to himself as a C-lList celebrity, I hope. I don’t think that a lot of us plus many others thought of him as a C-Lister anyway, but maybe he won’t now.
Anyway, if anyone can clear up the above—in other words, maybe It is a usual thing for big stars to perform at private events, thus Adam’s management hiring him out is a customary and possibly prestigious thing—I would appreciate it.
Also, did anyone see where Brian or Roger oublically congratulated Adam for his performance? They are usually so quick to support Adam in all his endeavors, well, at least Brian has a big social media presence. Maybe I missed it because I have had to scan some of the comments due to holiday commitments. Or maybe they just commented privately because they wanted the spotlight to be all on Adam.
And Bamafan, we just keep on rolling! My husband is so eager to get back east that he said he would move to Tuscaloosa if I would agree to go back: and he’s a huge Auburn fan! I am tempted just for the torment he would undergo forever, barring a conversion...

LOL phronni7 ! RollTide! Would love to have you here in Alabama....Tuscaloosa is just down the interstate from me. I'm dreading the Nat'l Championship.....Clemson is formidable for sure.
Adam and many other stars do various private and corporate events. I think it's common. It would be up to him to decide if he wants to or if it's worth it to him financially. Cher, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, JLo, etc have all done it for a hefty pricetag in the past.

@davidmichael917: The fact is, @adamlambert’s TRESPASSING (2012) is one of the best pop records of the millennium. Absolutely top 20. I’m willing to write a thesis on this

Made a Swiss newspaper. I see they have a vid of the whole song...it's a DailyMotion vid by barbls23. I suppose that's like the Vimeo version. At least they get to see the whole song.

Does anyone have an idea of how the Rhapsody tickets are selling around the country? I know about NY and LA needing to open a second night but I was wondering how it was doing in other parts of the country if anyone knows. They still have a long time left to sell and I have my tickets so just being nosey, lol.
