Does anyone have an idea of how the Rhapsody tickets are selling around the country? I know about NY and LA needing to open a second night but I was wondering how it was doing in other parts of the country if anyone knows. They still have a long time left to sell and I have my tickets so just being nosey, lol. Lurly, I've been looking for tickets for friends who've decided they want to go, for Chicago and/or Minneapolis and they are basically sold out. A few singles in Chicago. More in Mnlps, but almost all singles. And pricey! I can get two tickets together in Mnlps for $1,900. And that's on Live Nation's site. I haven't checked availability for other cities.

Nica, great spreadsheet. I didn't know it existed. I hope we see more dates pop up.

That spreadsheet is interesting. Several venues have only 10 seats left. For some reason Nashville has the lowest average price per ticket and the lowest overall estimated gross of all the venues. $75 average per ticket seems a little too low to me. Not sure how they get that figure. They had all the VIPs, etc and their floor platinums weren't cheap. The venue is just a tad bigger than the Atlanta one...but the ATL gross figure is almost double.

It must be a mistake, because the regular level 1 tickets are $170 there vs $195 in the majority of venues -not a big difference and the cheapest are $65, plus many platinum tickets ...so there is no way the average price is $75... same goes for Fort Lauderdale, the tickets all the way at the top of the arena are $105, so the $95 average in the spreadsheet is clearly a mistake.

I am sure somebody can correct any misconceptions that I have about the notice that Adam is available for hire for private events, etc.... I know he was entertainment for a private party recently. But when I read that he was for hire, it seemed a bit reductive to me, given the nature of Adam’s stardom, I don’t see how advertising or performing events such as these can be seen to contribute to his ascendency. After all, he was referred to as an A-Lister in some publication during these past few wonderful days! I hope he saw this article. No more referring to himself as a C-lList celebrity, I hope. I don’t think that a lot of us plus many others thought of him as a C-Lister anyway, but maybe he won’t now. Anyway, if anyone can clear up the above—in other words, maybe It is a usual thing for big stars to perform at private events, thus Adam’s management hiring him out is a customary and possibly prestigious thing—I would appreciate it. www.celebrity-direct.com/hire-a-celebrity/music/hire-katy-perry/The fact is, most celebrity singers are technically for hire, the main difference is the price - Katy Perry could be had for a mere $1.9M for your wedding back in 2013. I am sure the price has gone up since then thanks to inflation and American Idol www.moneytalksnews.com/katy-perry-will-sing-at-your-wedding-for-less-than-1-9-million/So nothing bad there, the question we don't have the answer to is what was the price for getting Adam to Manila...
