She has been a long-time vocal coach for American Idol. So that means she could have used any one of 100+ idols. And those are the two that were chosen. Speaks for itself. Yupp! ;D

I am feeling really good about Adam 2! More excited to hear new music than ever, and almost as excited for promotion that will put him on TV and in interviews where he shines!

Is anyone going to post a video of the Majors&Minors deal. I couldn't get any stations to watch it. They only showed Adam for 1 second in the very beginning. And 2-3 seconds at the very end, too. Saying something about the audience is smart and they can tell if you are being real.

It showed the credits for vocal coach Debra Byrd as Kelly Clarkson and Adam Lambert, interesting She has been a long-time vocal coach for American Idol. I know, just that they showed her as coach for Adam and Kelly.

This gig with Majors and Minors is very interesting. On the website for Hub I found this:
"A hub is a place where great things come together, and that's what The Hub TV channel is all about! The Hub is a fun destination that brings kids and their families together to enjoy clever stories and engaging characters in new and classic comedies, animated adventures, movies, and live-action shows. The Hub is brought to you by two of the best names in entertainment: Discovery Communications and Hasbro, Inc."
Hasbro is a huge toy company. From the Discovery Communications website: "Discovery Communications (Nasdaq: DISCA, DISCB, DISCK) is the world's #1 nonfiction media company reaching more than 1.5 billion cumulative subscribers in 210 countries and territories. Discovery is dedicated to satisfying curiosity through 130-plus worldwide television networks, led by Discovery Channel, TLC, Animal Planet, Science and Investigation Discovery, as well as US joint venture networks OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network, The Hub and 3net, the first 24-hour 3D network. Discovery also is a leading provider of educational products and services to schools and owns and operates a diversified portfolio of digital media services, including HowStuffWorks.com."
Not sure how Adam got hooked up with them, but it looks like an interesting association. Certainly Adam has the credentials to be a mentor with his background as a child performer since age ten, and the influence he has said his coaches and mentors had on him while growing up. He has done great things with donorschoose.org. He has a sincere interest in working with kids and in helping them grow as artists.
On the other hand, Adam is self-admittedly more than a little "left of center." Being on a network focused on kids and their families doesn't seem, on the surface, to be a natural fit with common public perception of OTT, flamboyant, guy-liner, (AMA) Adam Lambert. This gig is a very smart expansion and broadening of the Lambert brand in the public's perception. I don't know anything about marketing, but, this seems like a great opportunity.
