Yep. Good point. I was talking more about Kiss and tell in general. Geraldo River naming names and talking of sexual conquests. Gene Simmons and his bragging. Adam Levine saying that tennis star was not good in bed. I find these men disrespectful and their bragging icky, lol. Adam has his own past with doing that himself. Talking about a girl in high school and that she could have been fresher down there. Wasn't one of his best moments IMO. The interviews with Freddies exes and friends were all about relationships that were in the mostly in the public eye, they have pictures to prove it. I only remember Adam attaching a name to a girl who taught him how to kiss. That was rather tame and innocent. If he named the girl for what you posted, that does not change my opinion of people who kiss and tell with names and intimate details. But it is only my opinion. Not saying it would or should be bothersome to anyone else.

I watched the entire 6 parts and found it very interesting and enlightening. They all spoke of Freddie with respect. Yes they spoke of him as liking sex and being romantic and a good lover, also of his search for love. But none went into great details about the act and only a couple mentioned his "endowment" but I did not find it disrespectful. All of those interviewed seemed to really love or like Freddie. They were talking about their own experience with him from their own perspective. Hmm, given how much we talk about Adam's "glam buldge" here, I don't think we can complain about Freddie's lovers talking about his "endowment"! Good point LOL

I will say again that I really enjoyed hearing from the different lovers who had been with Freddie. It didn't feel like they were sharing their experience of Freddie to bask in his fame to me. I felt they were expressing their love and joy in having the opportunity to be with him. People (like me) appreciate hearing about the real person behind the entertainer. I think it would be more disrespectful to have spoken about him this way while he was alive (may have hurt a current partner or whatever). Adam felt that he learned a lot about Freddie by watching that series and so did I!

This all just shows Freddie was a very private person. Adam is prob more liberated in 2019. But it must of been a real struggle being an LGBT Artist in that era. But if you find your community, it can be fulfulling. This of course just enhances the notion they got it right in the Biopic. I always remember a Quote from Adam "IT is not like i am wearing a Shirt saying GAY. Just Adam".
He should be getting closer to releasing music soon. Which is exciting. Haven't had new music in Four years. Other then Two Fux and a few other stuff. I wasen't the biggest fan of Two Fux, does that make me a bad fan? LOL. But I like what I hear from him. About A4. Sounds Authentic, influenced from his work with Queen, more instrumental. I wonder if he well also be influenced from current politics. Maybe. Key to a hit, is an immediate hook. And something people can relate too. I think that is why Ghost Town resonated so well. You do feel disilusioned at times in this climate. I wonder too with a solo tour. Probably unlikely it well be this year. Prob next year.

Adam felt that he learned a lot about Freddie by watching that series and so did I! I agree. I can figure out several things I'm sure made Adam laugh and wondered what specific things he learned that he didn't already know. A lot was new to me, but I've never delved into details of Freddie's life. And in addition to all the lover's recounts...I found it interesting how much where he was in his life influenced each song he wrote. I had never thought of BR as being reflective of his relationship with Mary and that of his first bf David...done in three acts..as he was struggling with those relationships at that time. Thought it was funny with the one bf talking about his role in inspiring Killer Queen. And how he was always looking for STL...always... according to these commentators/exes. There was the CLTCL motorcycle connection to the biker dude Vince. Days of our Lives and Jim Hutton, etc. I enjoyed seeing how relationships with these exes influenced the music. Also, I never really thought about WATC as being a gay anthem. Makes sense....I just never thought of it other than a general empowerment song.

I guess this explains why Lucy was not on stage when BoRap won! “Bohemian Rhapsody” scored two wins at the Golden Globes on Sunday, but most of the cast had to wait for the afterparties to celebrate due to the Hollywood Foreign Press’ ticketing rules. Rami Malek, who won the award for best actor in a drama motion picture, walked the red carpet with co-star and girlfriend, Lucy Boynton, and he sat at a table with the film’s producers inside the actual ceremony. But while he accepted the award for best drama motion picture with the film’s producers, Graham King and Jim Beach, the rest of the cast watched the show from the Fox-hosted celebration on the roof deck at The Beverly Hilton as the Golden Globes were being held inside the ballroom at the same location, an insider told Page Six on Thursday. Our insider said the “producers took all the tickets for themselves” and since their win was such a surprise, “family members of producers were on stage to accept the award.” We’re told that one producer even brought multiple guests with them. pagesix.com/2019/01/11/bohemian-rhapsody-cast-snubbed-at-golden-globes-ceremony/It was really too bad that we didn't have a chance to see the co-stars on stage during the award acceptance. It would have been a very deserving moment for them. The stage looked strangely empty and I did not have the impression that the producers' family members made it up there. I hope there were just not enough allotted seats inside for the whole acting crew, otherwise the producers made a selfish decision.

Don't know anything about all who were on stage for BR but the other actors were clearly missing. You would think that any movie that was up for best drama would have the potential to win. And since that was pretty much the biggest award of the night, it seems a little strange that the others were not in the room and on stage to enjoy their win for all to see. When the Versace story won, I thought half the room piled on stage. It went on forever, lol. They looked so proud and so happy. Very nice moment for them. Should have been the same for the BR cast and crew.
