Yes.
Jealousy stems from insecurity and I don't believe what we have seen of Sauli would indicate that he is an insecure person.
If he is he sure hooked up with the wrong boyfriend.

I'm "meh"- they were at a club, someone wanted to take a photo and so they struck a photo worthy pose. That's all it is and IMO reading more into speaks more to issues an observer may have than anything else.
It is not generational as I am knocking at 57 and think it is fine.
I also would not be offended of someone thought of Adam as "Oh, he's one of those freaky ones." because he is and that's part of why I love him.
Being freaky is not a bad thing.

Sometimes it's not that deep. Sometimes you and your friends take a picture and something...bumps. It's not like they were humping each other or grinding. They posed close to each other. That's about it. Frankly I've taken WAAAY more "suggestive" pics while out partying and I am sure most ppl take crazy pics with their friends while drinking/partying. It's really not worth even discussing imo. irish, I think you might be failing to relate this to Adam's past patterns of behavior. Susie mentioned it in one of her posts. Adam's poses with his friends have always been sexy and touchy and often provocative... girls, guys, drag queens... doesn't matter. IMO, this photo has nothing to do with sex. It's just Adam and an old friend posing. I would go one step further by saying, a photo like this, to me, shows the strenth of Adam and Sauli's relationship... not a weakness. According to Adam, from his own mouth, he has only been in love once before in his life. I know how Adam has acted for the past ten years. All 20 year olds act sexy and touchy, etc. I did. But Adam is in love for just the second time in his life. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it lasted more than six months for the both of them. Adam is now a role model (whether he wants to be or not) to the whole world. Adam is now closing in on 30. Adam is now a business man responsible for millions of dollars and the employment of other people. These are all things every human experiences in life which makes them change. Everyone would love to keep Adam forever in his 20's. He is a fun, sexy guy. But it is not going to happen. Those of you who are in your late 30's and 40's know exactly where I am coming from. Adam has already changed from three years ago. He has grown and learned so much. Even he admits that. Also, for those of us who are campaigning for equality, the conservative, fundamentalist beliefs about gay men and women needs to change. It is inaccurate, and we know that. For Adam not to grow up and to remain in his 20's for the rest of his life will not secure the success he seeks. |

Personally, I don't see it. (I don't even see the nice penis you refer to :-[) I just see two guys, friends, mugging it up for the camera. I don't understand what being 30 has to do with not being allowed to play and take fun photos with your friends. Adam is all the things you describe and can still be and act silly at times. All I can say is -look at the majority of club pictures! Almost all of them are "strike the pose" type...it is all fun! It is hard to believe the judgmental attitude... and you know what - IF he had sex with non-Sauli - what business it is of ours? But in NO FUCKING WAY does that picture suggest anything! How do you extrapolate the "remain in his 20s" from that picture? Not to mention that in his 20s Adam is wiser than most people I know of any advanced age. I guess I am too much "left of center" to be able to relate .... Re the "two perfect NOSES" in the Heidi pics - IMO there is only one, cause Heidi's nose is a bit too short to be perfect   SHANA TOVA to everyone celebrating! |
